Shannon was wonderful, I very rarely go to a hair salon having box dyed and trimmed my hair for years. I have been to salons in the past but once home I have found the need to finish the style off my self, with a little more blow waving or straightening. NOT THIS TINE THO !! I am absolutely over the moon, I love my hair !! I even called in to show my work colleagues who all said it’s the best cut and colour they’d ever seen me with and I’ve known them many years ! Shannon listened to every thing I was after … you know when you show a stylist a pic .. make me look like that 🤣 well, hand in heart Shannon literally did this for me today 💕 no more box dyed for me… Shannon all the way !!! I’ve even made an appointment for my next appointment which is something I never do! Xx if I could have given more stars I would have.

My visit to Saks Hexham was wonderful. The staff were all amazing. Hannah took the time to ask what I wanted and treated my hair beautifully, styling it exactly as I wanted and taking to time to volumise my hair to cover balding areas. Today my hair appointment was for a colour and cut (purple with highlights) I was very pleased with the result of my hair colour although Little Jess will make a note to darken the purple a shade on my next visit. The main point of interest to me is the fact that when my colour starts to fade it still looks amazing.
