As usual, an amazing experience! I don’t have my hair cut & coloured often. But, Emma was amazing as always. She gave great advice regarding my hair’s condition following thyroid surgery.
I will be back, despite moving to the Isle of Man. I wouldn’t trust my hair with any other salon! Everyone is just lovely & very talented!

I just love going to Saks hairdressers every other Wednesday. They are always so cheerful and pleasant and the service I get is excellent. Absolutely thrilled with our experience at SAKS Hair Salon in Hexham! From the moment we walked in, the team were warm, welcoming, and completely focused on making my 9-year-old daughter feel special. They treated her with such care and attention, chatting to her like a little grown-up while still keeping everything fun and relaxed.
The stylist did a wonderful job with her hair — she left beaming, feeling like a princess, and hasn’t stopped talking about it since! It’s not easy to find a salon that gets it just right with children, but SAKS nailed it. The whole experience was thoughtful, professional, and full of those little touches that make all the difference.
Can’t recommend them highly enough — we’ll definitely be back!

My First appointment with Shannon was in 2023 after years of not visiting a hair dressers. Since then we’ve done curtain bangs, a bob and a fringe, who knows what’s next?
