I absolutely love going to have my hair done by Jess S. She listens to all the crazy ideas I want to do withe my hair, but she never discourages me about any of them. She is so knowledgeable about hair and we always talking through the process of my hair journey. Everytime I go into Saks all of the ladies that work there are so kind, caring and welcoming. When I leave I feel like I've had a therapy reset for the price of a haircut and colour. I walk out feeling like I've been pampered and it puts me in the best mood. I cannot praise all the ladies at Saks Hexham enough. I love it there.

Staff very welcoming. Jess pleasant, listens well and provides good advice re colour and cut. Last visit was the first time in the many months Jess has done my hair that I haven’t been fully happy as a block of colour on my crown was left uncoloured. By the not much could be done. I suspect the need to help a new trainee put extra pressure on. It happens!
