Shannon had her work cut out immediately, as I have the hair of a scarecrow. I also gave her the worst description of what I wanted ever because I didn’t know what I was talking about. The cut came out great despite this. I then realised I wanted her to thin out the back of my hair even more, before realising that’s just the shape of my head.

Been visiting Saks Hexham for many years now and would not want to go anywhere else. This time I felt like a proper cut.

I like the way Jess cuts my hair. She listens to what I want and makes it work. But today I had a different girl washing and drying my hair. It took a very long time and Jess had to try and sort out the results with straighteners. I was charged £60 for 45 minutes of one stylist and 10 minutes of Jess's expertise. If it happens again I shall not return
