My routine visit to SAKS today (13/3/26) was for a Cut/Colour/Blow Dry. Tried having Lowlights ínstead of the usual Highlights. Very Happy with the results.

Really lovely salon and Isla who did my hair was so nice. Asked me questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. It was a nice touch when offered a cup of tea in the cold weather. Thank you ☺️

Isla did a brilliant job of cutting and styling my hair, which is very difficult and unruly. The customer experience is always very good at SAKS and I leave the salon feeling completely happy.

It’s been a while since I’ve had my hair cut and it was fabulous. Wonderful service as always from the wonderful Jess. As well as being an amazing stylist she is incredibly warm and funny. Felt totally relaxed and at home throughout.

I used to go to Saks all the time before I moved away and now I'm back and pleased to see Emma is still there. Always get a good cut from Emma and a nice chat. The rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon to go to.

Fabulous hair salon - amazing hairdressers!

I’m a regular swimmer so my hair is in rotten condition (chlorinated to all-hell) & I’d left it an embarrassingly long time between cuts. Isla sorted it all out for me, gave me a fabulous hair cut & now I have hair that I can get under my cap again & which looks terrific.

Once again I visited the saks Hexham salon and Shannon worked her magic. What that stylist doesn't know about colour is not worth knowing. Everyone is friendly and professional and I will continue to go there to be met with the best hairdresser experience

Excellent professional job by Emma and a pleasant experience as always. I also liked Faith who washed my hair.

We brought our 3 year old in for her first hair cut and Isla was wonderful with her. Everyone was very welcoming and comforting as our daughter was nervous to begin with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had to reschedule my appointment at short notice and found them very accommodating. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Emma cuts my hair on a regular basis. Very pleased with result.

From start to finish, my salon experience was really good. A warm welcome and an offer of a hot drink. Then Isla really listened to what I wanted to have done, she cut it just the way id asked and give me advice for home styling. I will definitely be a regular!
