The Chapel Hairdressers - Horsham

We moved to Horsham a few months ago and I am so thankful to have found The Chapel. I loved it from my first visit and 3 visits later, couldn't be happier.

The salon is a relaxation haven and everything and everyone makes me feel appreciated and valued as a customer.

Sarah is an amazing stylist. I have short hair and always nervous to find a new stylist to get the style "right". Sarah listened to what I wanted and visit after visit she just does it to perfection.

Sarah has the ability to cut my hair so it feels like a new cut, but not a cut that I have to wait a few days for to settle...if that makes sense.

I loved my experience at The Chapel - from booking to the actual appointment, everything was really easy. It was great having time to chat with Ellie about what I had mind, and we looked at some photos together to get a clear idea of what I wanted. She asked good questions, and then gave good advice when I asked a few of mine in return! The actual cut was lovely, and I'm so happy with the result and overall experience.
I've not bothered getting my hair cut professionally in many years, and I've never visited the same place more than once - but I think now I've got myself an actual hairdresser!

After my first visit I thought Wow that was something special but it probably won’t be as good the second time around. Wrong! I’ve just had another excellent experience of having my hair styled (as opposed to a ‘cut’) by Sarah at the Chapel. My hair is short so needs someone who knows what they are doing and can spend the time getting my thin, fine, curly hair into shape. As well as an excellent style, the experience at the Chapel is great. From the time you enter until the time you leave. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a good relaxing time

I love coming to have my hair done at The Chapel. Cindy has such a lovely lady and cuts and styles my hair to perfection. The whole experience here is so relaxing, and I can just chill and enjoy my 'me time'. Shan't see Cindy now before she has her baby. But I wish her all the best.....and look forward to seeing some photos. I would recommend The Chapel 100%, all the staff are amazing and friendly.

I have had my hair cut by Sarah for years now .. she gives good advice on my hair taking into account what I want. Always welcoming and such a hidden sanctuary to relax and be pampered! Thankyou to all the staff.

Cindy has been styling my hair now for over two years now. I have always found her very professional and friendly. I'm never been a person who spends a lot of time caring about my appearance. When I first came to this salon I was looking for a new style and she quickly helped me to find one that suits my personality. She passionately cares about her work and her client making it a joy to have my hair cut and now I do make sure my hair looks good before I step out of the house.

Ellie did a fab job cutting and styling my hair. She was patient with me asking for advice and gave me her opinions when I wasn’t sure what to do. The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and it made me feel at ease, overall I had a great salon experience!

Always enjoy my experience at The Chapel, always very friendly and relaxed. Mark is a brilliant hairdresser and always cuts and styles my hair well, I have fine hair which isn’t the easiest! But I find it very easy to style myself between appointments which is great. Always recommend to my friends and family.

Have been coming to see Mark for over a year now. I have complete faith in him and have never been disappointed with a hair cut. As a woman in her 60’s I recently asked him for something super trendy and got my wish, feel and look much younger and have had so many compliments on my new look. Mark is lovely and super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

I had a great haircut with Sarah last week. I have fine hair and it’s difficult to get right to say the least. Very happy with the time that Sarah took to listen to the problem of my hair and incredibly pleased with the results.

Well Mark is just The Best hairdresser I have ever been to!. So good that I drive 75 minutes each way to Horsham to see him.

Sarah has been doing my hair for many years - she does it so well that I followed her from her previous salon. The combination of Sarah’s talent and the outstanding service and ethos of The Chapel though, is dynamite! From the moment I walk through the door to the time I leave, it’s like a spa day with every attention to detail, so that I look and feel amazing.

Everyone at The Chapel is welcoming and friendly and the salon is calm and peaceful. Mark always gives me a great curly haircut that lasts and forgives my low maintenance style. The whole experience is calming and last but not least, the home made treats are delicious!

Sarah, as always, provides a professional and personal service. At the beginning of the appointment, Sarah ensures she understands what my requirements are. She has an eye for detail and makes sure you are totally happy with her masterpiece before you leave the saloon. An asset to your team.

Mollie is a very skilled hairdresser. I have thick challenging hair to cut and often find hairdressers struggle with it but she does a lovely cut and is very considerate when talking through what works and what impact a specific cut might have. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in I could tell this was more than just getting my hair cut. The salon is stunning and more like a place I’d love to spend an evening in.
