Cindy has encouraged a return of my naturally curly hair by careful cutting and styling . She is a pleasure to spend time with and, despite a big difference in age, I enjoy her company as well as her hairdressing skills.

For 5 years now and it’s always such a wonderful experience. Cindy is an amazing stylist and a really lovely person. She cares about you getting the look you want and the best results, and she also takes time to get to know you as person and our conversations are always a good catch up on all our news!

Sarah gave me a warm welcome and put me at my ease immediately.
She was interested in how I felt about wearing and dressing my hair. I have never thought that way before. Sarah wanted to understand what I like about my hair and how it sits as she needed to consider the best structure to fit my personal look.

From start to finish from when I walked into the salon and was greeted by Heidi, the space, the atmosphere, decor and then the haircut and that whole experience, completely exceeded my expectations. I rarely go back to a salon as I’m never usually impressed or I’m just generally disappointed, but Sarah at The Chapel has changed that. Becky is fabulous. She’s been cutting my hair for nearly 5 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I have short hair and she always cuts it exactly how I want it and offers sage advice when I have dodgy ideas! Becky also always makes you feel at ease and is so easy to chat to. The Chapel Horsham is great - from the minute you walk in through the door with the amazing hostesses to the time you leave, you feel like you’re being so well looked after. It’s expensive but worth it.

From the second you walk into The Chapel, Horsham, you’re forgiven to believe you’ve made the wrong turn and in-fact walked into a fancy coffee shop or luxury skincare brand. Then you get to meet the variety of staff, all who suddenly feel like friends as they settle you into the lush seating area, and offer you a welcome drink. Then if you’re lucky, like I was- you get to meet Ellie-May; kind, relatable, and knowledge of all hair styles and options. All my questions and hair queries answered, resulting in the most beautiful cut that still looked ‘fresh’ even after a week. I’m a repeat customer, and tell everyone about The Chapel. I feel absolutely ‘blessed’ that I get to be a customer. Thank you Ellie, thank you Chapel, Horsham 🙌🏻

My visits to Becky are always a joy. It is not like going to the hairdresser, but seeing a friend, though it is always in a friendly and professional manner. We moved to Horsham a few months ago and I am so thankful to have found The Chapel. I loved it from my first visit and 3 visits later, couldn't be happier.

The salon is a relaxation haven and everything and everyone makes me feel appreciated and valued as a customer.

Sarah is an amazing stylist. I have short hair and always nervous to find a new stylist to get the style "right". Sarah listened to what I wanted and visit after visit she just does it to perfection.

Sarah has the ability to cut my hair so it feels like a new cut, but not a cut that I have to wait a few days for to settle...if that makes sense.

I loved my experience at The Chapel - from booking to the actual appointment, everything was really easy. It was great having time to chat with Ellie about what I had mind, and we looked at some photos together to get a clear idea of what I wanted. She asked good questions, and then gave good advice when I asked a few of mine in return! The actual cut was lovely, and I'm so happy with the result and overall experience.
I've not bothered getting my hair cut professionally in many years, and I've never visited the same place more than once - but I think now I've got myself an actual hairdresser!

After my first visit I thought Wow that was something special but it probably won’t be as good the second time around. Wrong! I’ve just had another excellent experience of having my hair styled (as opposed to a ‘cut’) by Sarah at the Chapel. My hair is short so needs someone who knows what they are doing and can spend the time getting my thin, fine, curly hair into shape. As well as an excellent style, the experience at the Chapel is great. From the time you enter until the time you leave. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a good relaxing time

I love coming to have my hair done at The Chapel. Cindy has such a lovely lady and cuts and styles my hair to perfection. The whole experience here is so relaxing, and I can just chill and enjoy my 'me time'. Shan't see Cindy now before she has her baby. When I first came to this salon I was looking for a new style and she quickly helped me to find one that suits my personality.
