My first visit to The Chapel. A lovely attentive welcome. Lucy took time with me to understand what I wanted and on the cut and styling itself. I was very happy with the outcome. A really nice, friendly experience.
The salon itself is relaxing and a lovely environment to be pampered. The offer of a drink and an accompanying treat is a lovely touch. I will return.

Great experience at the Chapel today. Mark is lovely friendly person, who does a fantastic job with my unruly wavy hair. A proper premium service and worth every penny.

First appointment with Millie was a joy. After getting acquainted it was immediately obvious as Millie summed up our discussion that she’d quickly understood what was required. Mollie then worked her magic - throughly enjoyed the time and left feeling amazing with great hair! Thank you. Highly recommend.

The whole experience was exactly as I wanted, I was listened too and Mark fully took on board how much I wanted taken off my hair and the style I was trying to achieve. Ellie is brilliant and so helpful and kind. She really listens to what you want and gives ideas that she knows you’ll love as she takes the time to get to know you and what you like! All the team are attentive and really care about you and make you feel welcome!

I’d been growing out an awful haircut that i had elsewhere. Ellie listened to what i wanted and continued to discuss my preferences throughout the cut. Ended up with a beachy short bob which is perfect. Thanks Ellie

The stylist was beyond lovely, she made me so welcome as did Heidi on arrival. Lucy listened and was so good, the only problem I had which I thought I would due to my hair being really thick, my scalp was damp, therefore from me walking to the car from the salon, my hair went frizzy, which was a let down, I had to come up and blow dry my hair myself and then go over with straighteners, which in an ideal world you would not want to do. You can tell someone’s hair is not entirely dry as when you’re going over with straighteners and a blow dry smoke is coming out.

This is such a calm relaxing salon. Having never been before Lucy listened patiently to my requirements. The result - a sharp precise scissor cut. Thank you.

I just love my time at the Chapel! Always relaxing and spa-like, discussing recipes with Mark and endless tittle-tattle… and, of course, the best colour and trim! A real treat!

From the second I step foot into The Chapel it’s total relaxation. Helen is the most amazing host you could ask to be greeted by, she’s so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I absolutely love chatting away to Helen before my appointment. Mollie is hands down the best hairdresser, she is absolutely incredible! Mollie really takes the time to understand what hair colour/style I am looking to achieve and goes above and beyond to deliver. I walk out of the Saloon feeling amazing thanks to Mollie - she really is an all around amazing person! I absolutely love my hair appointments, and look forward to them! It's such a lovely atmosphere - every single hairdresser is so welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. Whether you were looking for a trim or for something different, they will always do a great job! None more than Mollie, a lovely human who took care to listen and gave me the haircut of my Pinterest dreams! Couldn't be happier with it, which says a lot as it was a big change for me.

Mark is the most amazing man. Having him as my hairdresser/friend for approximately 20 years is truly a privilege. I trust him completely with many suggestions and advice and the results are above ordinary.
