I live coming to The Chapel for my hair. From the moment you walk through the door it is an oasis of calm, whilst still being welcoming and professional.
You never feel hurried or sidelined and all the staff go to great lengths to make sure you have the most fantastic visit and are thrilled with your haircut when you leave.

This was my first visit to The Chapel in Horsham. Had a great haircut, so pleased with it. Lucy is lovely and friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much.

Ellie did a wash cut and blow dry for me today. After a seriously botched cut two years ago I’ve avoided getting anything done. Ellie made me feel heard and did exactly what I wanted and more! Fabulous chats, fabulous person, fabulous hair!

Mollie completely restyled my hair and understood exactly how I wanted it to look. I feel me again and it is an easy style to maintain and gives me different options for styling depending what I am doing.

The stylist was beyond lovely, she made me so welcome as did Heidi on arrival. Lucy listened and was so good, the only problem I had which I thought I would due to my hair being really thick, my scalp was damp, therefore from me walking to the car from the salon, my hair went frizzy, which was a let down, I had to come up and blow dry my hair myself and then go over with straighteners, which in an ideal world you would not want to do. You can tell someone’s hair is not entirely dry as when you’re going over with straighteners and a blow dry smoke is coming out.

This is such a calm relaxing salon. Having never been before Lucy listened patiently to my requirements. The result - a sharp precise scissor cut. Thank you.

I just love my time at the Chapel! Always relaxing and spa-like, discussing recipes with Mark and endless tittle-tattle… and, of course, the best colour and trim! A real treat!

From the second I step foot into The Chapel it’s total relaxation. Helen is the most amazing host you could ask to be greeted by, she’s so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I absolutely love chatting away to Helen before my appointment. Mollie is hands down the best hairdresser, she is absolutely incredible! Mollie really takes the time to understand what hair colour/style I am looking to achieve and goes above and beyond to deliver. I walk out of the Saloon feeling amazing thanks to Mollie - she really is an all around amazing person! I absolutely love my hair appointments, and look forward to them! Thank you so much, the whole team is incredible!

It's such a lovely atmosphere - every single hairdresser is so welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. Whether you were looking for a trim or for something different, they will always do a great job! None more than Mollie, a lovely human who took care to listen and gave me the haircut of my Pinterest dreams! Couldn't be happier with it, which says a lot as it was a big change for me.

Mark is the most amazing man. Having him as my hairdresser/friend for approximately 20 years is truly a privilege. I trust him completely with many suggestions and advice and the results are above ordinary.

Mollie is a delight so that was all great. Bit of a let down about the host putting me on their waiting list for an appt with Mollie which seems a bit disappointing as I have been a client of the chapel for at least 8 probably 10 years, Anyway I sorted it myself online so it ended perfectly

A lovely experience so different from most high street salons. Mark really listened and spent time talking through my hair ideas and what was achievable with my hair.

I had my first cut and colour with Ellie yesterday and I'll definitely be back! Ellie was professional and friendly and had some good ideas about my hair colour.
I love the finished look but more than that I left feeling like I'd been at the spa for a couple of hours. A wonderfully relaxing experience.

I was due an appointment with Sarah ut due to sickness I was offered an appointment with Lucy. I was happy to do this. I was happy with what she did with my hair as I wanted to go slightly lighter. My next appointment is with Sarah but would be happy to have Lucy again
