Everyone is always very welcoming and I am always made to feel cared for and appreciated as a client

Excellent haircut. This was my first time at Horsham Chapel hairdressers. Lucy is an excellent hairdresser. I’m really pleased with my haircut. The lady who took my payment, so sorry I can’t remember your name, but thank you so much too. You were friendly and totally professional. Overall, 11 out of 10!

Mollie is an incredible hairdresser in all aspects and is also a wonderful person. I always look forward to my appointments with her and leave feeling lighter and happier!

Mollie is a delight so that was all great. Bit of a let down about the host putting me on their waiting list for an appt with Mollie which seems a bit disappointing as I have been a client of the chapel for at least 8 probably 10 years, Anyway I sorted it myself online so it ended perfectly

A lovely experience so different from most high street salons. Mark really listened and spent time talking through my hair ideas and what was achievable with my hair.

I absolutely adore Mollie! I thoroughly enjoy my visit and I'm looking forward to seeing how my new cut settles.

I had a really lovely experience having my hair cut with Lucy. She was very welcoming and friendly. She gave me a very good haircut and I’m delighted with result.

I had my first cut and colour with Ellie yesterday and I'll definitely be back! Ellie was professional and friendly and had some good ideas about my hair colour.
I love the finished look but more than that I left feeling like I'd been at the spa for a couple of hours. A wonderfully relaxing experience.

I was due an appointment with Sarah ut due to sickness I was offered an appointment with Lucy. I was happy to do this. I was happy with what she did with my hair as I wanted to go slightly lighter. My next appointment is with Sarah but would be happy to have Lucy again

Sarah is great. Listens to what I say about my very straight hair then cuts it so I can manage it really well. A credit to The Chapel.

I have been visiting Mark for many years & have followed him from salon to salon ( I live is SW London) as he truly is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. He always listens to what I want & advises rather than dictates - & I always come away feeling so happy with my hair & full of enthusiasm about life, as apart from being brilliant at his job, he’s a great conversationalist!

Always a great cut and a genuinely enjoyable visit with Molly. We always end up chatting about our travels. With short hair it’s important the cut looks sharp and well-finished, which it always is when Molly has finished.
The chapel is always a great place to relax, making the whole experience really enjoyable.

Beautiful place but very unhappy about the finished result… I came for my daughter’s 12th birthday for her to have a lovely experience and to have her hair washed and put into curlsfor a meal at 3pm for her birthday with friends. The experience was lovely, but after 20 minutes of leaving the salon, her curls had dropped out. I called the salon and explained I appreciate they were very busy, but could somebody please correct her hair before she goes for her meal. I was told that Lucy the stylist was now busy and nobody could help to style her hair until 4.30pm that afternoon, which was obviously after her meal. So my daughter couldn’t get her hair fixed and went to her meal without it styled, I’m very upset that nobody called me at the end of the day to apologise.. I feel very letdown and that I wasted my money . I then walked into another hair salon in Horsham who charged me £25 to curl her hair… resulting in this we missed our meal booking . Very disappointed

I had my first appointment with Sarah, which was a lovely experience. I wasn't quite sure about how much to have cut off my hair, but during our discussion Sarah listened attentively and cut my hair to the perfect length and styled it really nicely. During my appointment we also had a lovely chat which added to a lovely experience.

Ellie was friendly and chatty and the whole visit was relaxing with a delicate touch. My hair was perfectly done. Everything I could ask for.

Sarah always gives me the perfect cut and colour. She really listens and is so lovely. I’m so grateful I found The Chapel!

I’ve been having my hair cut by Mollie for about a year now. I’ve always dreamt of having long hair but previously have given up after a few months. With Mollie’s expert advice, I’m pushing through the awkward length stage and her skill has kept my hair looking great during this journey. As a trans/non-binary person, I don’t always feel the most comfortable in places but Mollie and everyone at the Chapel in Horsham always make me feel so welcome. I genuinely always look forward to coming for a haircut. Thank you so much, Mark and the whole Horsham team are all brilliant!

Relaxing afternoon with coffee and treats while my hair transformation was going on. Lovely space to enjoy a couple of hours for hair cut and colour. Very well looked after by Mark and Heidi. Always such a pleasure to visit the Chapel in Horsham.

Sarah is a fantastic professional. She takes time to understand my views and always checks that I am happy with the length of my hair etc. I have fine, straight hair that can look rather drab. Sarah has transformed the cut to suit my hair. Her skills are impressive and my hair looks and feels superb. Thank you Sarah.

Yet again Molly proves what an amazing stylist she is. Today I went for a trial change and left feeling a million dollars. A new style for a new year.

Time to relax, be throughly looked after, pampered and a fab haircut too!! The team do a fabulous job at looking after their clients, nibbles, drinks, chat! The interior is unique, stylish and relaxing. No mirrors or harsh lighting whilst your colour takes just comfy sofas, soft lights in a relaxing lounge.
Definitely a pleasure to have your hair done not a chore.

I suffer with chronic migraine and the lighting in there was perfect. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

A gem of a hairdressers hidden on Denne Road. Fabulous building and inviting salon. Very good comprehensive consultation and left with a haircut which made me feel like a new woman. Molly listened to what I wanted and how my hair was day to day do I can manage my style at home. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend.

Lovely hair cut, Sarah listens thoughtfully to how you would like your hair to look and feel, and works with you to achieve this.

A sanctuary on a very rainy day, it's a breath of fresh air to have Sarah cut my hair and I can escape for an hour. And giving me consideration of the fact I have recently had a cataract op. Nice treats too..I was very up for the mulled wine even at 1030!!

Today-as always Mark provide me with excellent cut/ reshaping .

This may be my second review, I am so excited!!
What an experience, from entering into the ambience of
not just a hairdressers, but a Chapel. I was shown around the different areas beforehand, drinking my choice and plush seating areas to just relax. That alone was something I’d never experienced.

Then Sarah arrived, bright, bubble and asking what I would like to achieve. No judgement if the frizzy mess she was confronted this, but professional advice and aims.
Then to the relaxing washing area, no hard sell if the products, but explanations of what she was using and why. Then, onto the cut. No ‘faffing’ around reading my hair and deciding what to do, that had been discussed already. We had started the journey of what I hoped to achieve and a destination was in sight.
The result, amazing. No rushing home to wash it out, just repeatedly looking in the mirror and finally knowing we were in the same page. Thank you.

Was pampered from start to finish, such a wonderful personalised visit with everything thought about.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The experience was very person-centred, and I felt truly listened to throughout my appointment. The colour of my hair is beautiful, and the cut is perfect. All of the staff are professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Excellent short haircut as requested in time for Christmas. Sarah is great fun, very friendly and makes the appointment like catching up with a friend rather than just a haircut.
