Sarah was great, made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Absolutely loved the outcome with my hair too. She absolutely nailed it. Such a great relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.

Becky is ever so friendly, always remembers what we last talked about, and most importantly how I like to have my hair. I really appreciate how she will input her thoughts on what would look best for me too!

I love, love love going to have my hair cut and coloured by Mark. He and his staff are so welcoming. Such a lovely salon, beautifully styled, soo relaxing! They offer lovey little homemade bites with a varied selection of yummy drinks too. My hair was in really bad condition when I first met Mark - but he very quickly got it back to a lovely condition. My daughter now goes here too. She says she will NEVER go anywhere else. That goes for me too!
I would highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone.

Mark is always really good with my hair colours styling drying techniques and it’s always fun with a glass of wine or coffee and nibbles and throwing in a lovely relaxation area which is unique for quiet time out.

Mark is always fun to have as a hairdresser and so great at design colour as well as drying techniques and always ‘gets it’ what I need for my hair. Great stylist.

She cares about you getting the look you want and the best results, and she also takes time to get to know you as person and our conversations are always a good catch up on all our news!

Sarah gave me a warm welcome and put me at my ease immediately.
She was interested in how I felt about wearing and dressing my hair. I have never thought that way before. Sarah wanted to understand what I like about my hair and how it sits as she needed to consider the best structure to fit my personal look.

Becky is fabulous. She’s been cutting my hair for nearly 5 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I have short hair and she always cuts it exactly how I want it and offers sage advice when I have dodgy ideas! Becky also always makes you feel at ease and is so easy to chat to. The Chapel Horsham is great - from the minute you walk in through the door with the amazing hostesses to the time you leave, you feel like you’re being so well looked after. It’s expensive but worth it.

From the second you walk into The Chapel, Horsham, you’re forgiven to believe you’ve made the wrong turn and in-fact walked into a fancy coffee shop or luxury skincare brand. Then you get to meet the variety of staff, all who suddenly feel like friends as they settle you into the lush seating area, and offer you a welcome drink. Then if you’re lucky, like I was- you get to meet Ellie-May; kind, relatable, and knowledge of all hair styles and options. All my questions and hair queries answered, resulting in the most beautiful cut that still looked ‘fresh’ even after a week. I’m a repeat customer, and tell everyone about The Chapel. My visits to Becky are always a joy. It is not like going to the hairdresser, but seeing a friend, though it is always in a friendly and professional manner.
