Tranquil Spa - Merry Hill

Rebekah has been my beauty therapist for a few years now she is always so professional and friendly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Today I took my teenage son to have a facial as his skin needs a bit of attention, she was amazing with him, his skin was glowing and he loved the experience he definitely wants to make it a regular thing. Highly recommend!

Excellent very happy. Have been having a regular pedi....feet are so fab. Emily is so friendly and enjoy our catch up while my feet are pampered.

I don’t want to review the therapist, as its not her fault. I am stunned that the treatment was called reflexology. It was no way near reflexology and at best should be called foot massage. Its like if you go for a haircut and only part of you hair was cut ! Neither heels nor toes touched, no preparation of the feet by rotating ankles , etc i could go on and on. You’ve lost me as a client, you are giving a false image to people who have never had the real thing.

Just had the most amazing Swedish massage and facial with Emily W ( Senior Therapist) who is such a lovely lady, very professional and has a kind, caring nature.
It was absolutely fabulous, I felt so relaxed I could have stayed on the couch all night !!
I will definitely treat myself again and I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I so look forward to having my back massaged - it's 30 minutes of heaven! Emily W is fabulous - she really gets into all of the knots in my back (I have many!). The spa is always warm and inviting. The rooms are always perfectly presented, I can't fault anything! Get yourself booked in - you won't be disappointed!

This is definitely a spa and not a nail salon. I was there over and hr to try and soak and pick off one layer of gel, definitely didn’t use acetone & they only had one smooth nail file in the whole salon. No proper nail equipment. I ended up walking out because I would have been late for my hair appointment that followed .. I don’t blame the girl who worked there, but they definitely need to rethink their utensils! Very unprofessional set up! I will be passing on the rest of my gift voucher as won’t be going back!

I have always had great service and treatments here but the last 2 massages and facial I have had from Courtney have been amazing.

As always brilliant experience. My eyebrows look great and I always feel welcome.

I have booked a course of hot stone massages for my Well-being Wednesdays to enjoy and got a 15% discount too! Love it and recommend to friends and colleagues regularly to help well-being and relaxation in a wonderfully serene environment with relaxed lighting, music and smells not to mention a nice cup of complementary tea- thankyou ladies at Tranquil Spa. It is a relaxing experience from start to finish and I appreciate not being hurried in or out to really get the most from the experience.
