This is definitely a spa and not a nail salon. I was there over and hr to try and soak and pick off one layer of gel, definitely didn’t use acetone & they only had one smooth nail file in the whole salon. No proper nail equipment. I ended up walking out because I would have been late for my hair appointment that followed .. I don’t blame the girl who worked there, but they definitely need to rethink their utensils! Very unprofessional set up! I will be passing on the rest of my gift voucher as won’t be going back!

I have always had great service and treatments here but the last 2 massages and facial I have had from Courtney have been amazing.

As always brilliant experience. My eyebrows look great and I always feel welcome.

Thank you Megan for such a wonderful 2nd hot stone massage! I have rebooked with Megan as both times I have felt physically so much better after she had worked on my tension areas. I have booked a course of hot stone massages for my Well-being Wednesdays to enjoy and got a 15% discount too! Love it and recommend to friends and colleagues regularly to help well-being and relaxation in a wonderfully serene environment with relaxed lighting, music and smells not to mention a nice cup of complementary tea- thankyou ladies at Tranquil Spa. It is a relaxing experience from start to finish and I appreciate not being hurried in or out to really get the most from the experience.

I booked a pregnancy package as I've been struggling with back pain and oh my goodness it was just what I needed. Demi was brilliant from start to finish I honestly didn't want to get up when the treatment was over! It was so good I've re-booked.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time for two experience today which was a xhristmas gift last year fro. my husband. My sister joined me and we both loved it. The treatments left us feeling hydrated relaxed and totally pampered. Just what we both needed. We arrived little early so we were shown to a cosy area before going to the treatment rooms. Can't wait to go again.

I was so pleased to see that I'd got Demi again for my massage, Demi is so so good friendly and gentle in her interaction Demi instantly makes you feel not only comfortable but also valued, Demi starts by asking how you prefer your treatment to be, for example gentle, medium or deep massage (my words not Demi's. She then leaves you to undres to your underwear and relax on the treatment bench, nice soft relaxing music while Demi starts to apply gentle oils massaging every last tense knot out of your tired body concentrating on tense shoulders in my case. I could say so much more but I'll leave that for another day. I have had treatments from other maserers here and they are all very good with their own indevidual techniques but for me I found Demi to be perfect for my treatments and will always endevour to book her whenever possable. And the most important thing for me is how I feel after a treatment, in a word or two I feel absolutly amazing, alive and let's not forget I always sleep like a new born baby after my treatment. If you've not tride Tranquil Spa you really must give it a try. I promise, you really won't be disappointed and I gaurente you will get quite addicted to them for your wellbeing. From the reception to the treatment room you are made to feel part of the family, really personal treatment and Tranquil Spa is extreamly clean, warm and welcoming. Thank you Demi.

I’ve had 3 Swedish massages over the last 12 months (a course) and the 2nd one was definitely the best by far! (Apologies I don’t recall her name) I do think it depends on who your therapist is as to the quality of the treatment.
One of the massages I had booked over the phone had been incorrectly booked in- 30 mins instead of 60 and therefore when I arrived I was told I would have to come back another day due to a busy day-that was disappointing as I had booked the time off work and made a special journey.
The salon is clean and smells nice and staff are friendly however, the loud noise of the spray tan machine and therapist shouting directions on my 3rd visit whilst having my treatment did not make for a pleasant experience at all. I did ask the therapist what the noise was and she told me it was the spray tan machine but did not offer any apologies. This should definitely be taken into account in future.
All in all, rather disappointing experience.

Amazing massage. Pressure was just right to loosen some tricky knots, although still relaxing. I could feel the stress leaving as the massage went on.

Emily Woodhouse has been my therapist for a while now and each time I visit I always recieved a warm welcome from all staff.
The treatment I receive from Emily leaves me well relaxed and feeling like a million dollars. She always discusses the treatment before and after treatment. She asks about any skin changes or preferences and takes. these into consideration. Emily always recommends products she has used on my skin but there isn't any pressure to purchase them.

A lovely facial but I went in almost half an hour after my appointment time as they were running behind so was not fully relaxed as was worrying about getting back in time for the school run. Husband and breast fed baby were also left longer than I anticipated. It was relaxing though.
