I was given a gift voucher for Christmas to use on a facial. It was the best facial I have experienced. From the mood set in the treatment room, to the welcoming staff and Emily's magic fingers. I was totally relaxed when I left.

I've been using Tranquil Spa for a few years now, I thoroughly enjoyed each treatment, and Megan has been wonderful the past 2 visits, as have every therapist I have had the pleasure of being treated by in the past. I always recommend the spa, to family and friends, as it's great value for money, particular the option of courses for treatments and promotional offers. They text 48hours before as a reminder which I think is great customer service. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful and the atmosphere is lovely.

As usual, my treatment was on time. The rooms are always beautifully presented, welcoming and warm. Emily is a fabulous therapist. She works hard on the knots in my back and I always feel so much better afterwards. I always leave feeling relaxed and looking forward to my next appointment.

Was brought the massage for birthday present and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I came out of the premises absolutely relaxed and very calm. I can't remember the girls name that did my detox full body massage but she was very lovely and professional and because I enjoyed it that much have booked another session

Had an Eve Taylor anti aging facial this afternoon with Courtney and it was fantastic! My skin looks and feels amazing as well as being so relaxed during the facial I’m pretty sure I fell asleep. Booked my next appointment on the way out! Spa room was clean, warm and relaxing. 100% recommend

Lauren coloured and shaped my eyebrows very well. She listened to what I wanted and was prepared to change the colour if I wanted that. She was really pleasant and cheerful and made the appointment a pleasure.

Having suffered with severe neck and shoulder pain My daughters bought me a deep
Massage experience which was fabulous. So much so I have now made a deep massage a necessity every couple of months. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Leah was able to release several year old knots whilst at the same time making the experience pleasurable.

I hope it's Emily W, young, petite lady. She is amazing! One of the best massages I've ever had, I can't compliment her enough!! Probably the main reason why I book a course and keep coming back.
However as I completed a course yesterday and went to book my next course I was informed that they no longer offer the Ultimate Detox! When looking at alternatives I would have paid extortionate amounts for anything near as good. I've ended up booking just a course of Swedish body massages (practically the price I've been paying for Ultimate Detox) and I'm not sure I'll continue to come to be honest. I know prices have risen everywhere but this is a ridiculous rise and the fact you've removed Ultimate detox is insane.
This review is no reflection of my beauty therapist who is fantastic and I'd recommend her to everyone. It's the changes Tranquil spa have made that are the issue.
P.S...5stars for value is for the Ultimate Detox course I've just completed not of the expensive amount I've just paid for a course of body massages.
