Having suffered with severe neck and shoulder pain My daughters bought me a deep
Massage experience which was fabulous. So much so I have now made a deep massage a necessity every couple of months. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Leah was able to release several year old knots whilst at the same time making the experience pleasurable.

I hope it's Emily W, young, petite lady. She is amazing! One of the best massages I've ever had, I can't compliment her enough!! Probably the main reason why I book a course and keep coming back.
However as I completed a course yesterday and went to book my next course I was informed that they no longer offer the Ultimate Detox! When looking at alternatives I would have paid extortionate amounts for anything near as good. I've ended up booking just a course of Swedish body massages (practically the price I've been paying for Ultimate Detox) and I'm not sure I'll continue to come to be honest. I know prices have risen everywhere but this is a ridiculous rise and the fact you've removed Ultimate detox is insane.
This review is no reflection of my beauty therapist who is fantastic and I'd recommend her to everyone. It's the changes Tranquil spa have made that are the issue.
P.S...5stars for value is for the Ultimate Detox course I've just completed not of the expensive amount I've just paid for a course of body massages.

The team are absolutely amazing and are very attentive to not only the detail that they put into the little things but also into their clients! When have my first massage I was very nervous however after a few times I have never felt more comfortable.

Today I had another Drift Away package which I have had a few times here now and always really enjoy. Today though I must say has been my favourite yet with Courtney. Everything was brilliant and so relaxing and Courtney was explained everything she used in the facial afterwards and why too, which was really great to have some new ideas on areas I can look at for my skin care. Thank you!

First time using tranquil spa and can say it was fabulous. Megan was so lovely, guiding me with how things go, I had a facial with neck and head massage, which I totally recommend. Again Megan was great, afterwards I felt completely relaxed. Will definitely be back

This was my first time in a spa and having a massage and was made to feel welcome. The therapist Leah was lovely and friendly and the treatments were amazing in relieving stress and tension in my back, shoulders and feet. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for further treatments. Great experience.

She was amazing, she listened to my concerns, I was in a car accident last year and my back kept hurting, one of my friends advised me to use the services at tranquil spa, I’ve been attending since october/ November 2023, I feel that it’s helped me alongside the physiotherapy I am getting, thank you so much for your support and services, I feel so much better then before.

Love coming to the Tranquil Spa, have received my treatments with Emily the past three times and every time is amazing, she is very calming and made me very relaxed each time. Would highly recommend.

My nails were in a terrible state, Rebekah waved her magic and made them look fabulous. She is a lovely and very professional therapist, and it is a very enjoyable experience whatever treatment I have with her.
