Melissa cut my hair brilliantly well yet again. I went from shoulder length to pixie at her hands about a year ago and the most recent cut is just as good.

I created an account and booked an appointment for 1pm the same day - all sorted within 10 minutes! It’s the first time Lauren had cut my hair, she did a great job and was lovely to spend time with ????

Friendly and highly skilled staff who know what they are talking about. I have been at really busy to quieter times, yet the dedication and professionalism remains the same. Thank you very much to Aga for my full head of highlights and to Laura (Aussie) for my cut. It’s a real treat to come to T&G Oxford and I always feel great when leaving. The prices really do reflect the quality!

The stylist was great - asked what I wanted, explained what she was doing, and even got the colourist to come and chat to me when I mentioned I was interested in colour. Fantastic service as usual!

Always greeted with a smile. Great head massage whilst washing hair and cut very good as usual. T and g keep a record of how you like your hair cut which is useful if your usual stylist is unavailable on the day

One thing I said when I asked for a tint was no bleach. Went somewhere else and was told my hair had been bleached a lot. Not what I expected from a renowned place. very very disappointed

I have had my hair cut at this Salon for 3 years having moved to Oxford (& a new hairdressers!) from my home town. I chose Toni&Guy on reputation and was really pleased with my first cut by Lauren and now have had my hair cut by Melissa for the past two years. Both are fantastic hairdressers and lovely people who have really chosen styles that suit me and make me feel confident about my hair. The whole team are always really friendly too. I am so pleased to have found such a great team.

such an amazing blend and colour

Quite disappointed with the way I was spoken to - I came in for a half-head of highlights, I had a 1 and a half inch root (I’m naturally blonde anyway so blends well and looks fine, I just like it brightened for the spring/summer months) as I can’t afford to get it done every month or so and I was repeatedly made to feel very guilty about it in a way that wasn’t nice or polite. The overall result of my half-head highlights was really disappointing too, it hasn’t filled my roots in the slightest and doesn’t blend well to my natural colour so I’m having to get it redone by another salon.

Love the cut and blow dry finish. Just what I asked for but better.

It was OK, not what I’d hoped for. Boring hair cut same as before when I asked for a refresh/update/a bit more wow. Nobody even spotted us had a hair cut!!

Louise always makes me feel special and I am very lucky to have her as my hairdresser.

Much better experience then all the other barbers I have used, worth the extra cost.

I came in for a wash cut and blow dry today for the first time and I'm so happy with the results! My hair has never felt so bouncy and soft and Chris really paid attention to the details and was friendly and professional:) loved it!

These days when you have to ask two or three times to get things done, it is so unusual to visit a place where the ambience is good, you are well treated by friendly staff and you receive from Lauren an excellent hair cut

Every 8 weeks or so a trip to Toni & Guy brings normality and a return to a close cropped refreshed head! And after what must have been about 10 years with the same stylist, a new person takes charge of the scissors.
Reassured and comfortable the short time spent was as restorative as usual. Can’t beat the joys of a good haircut!

I was booked in for a long blow dry but was charged £82 for an updo instead. I was very happy with the stylist but completely shocked by the price of the service which wasn’t communicated to me at the start. I am a regular customer and am looking for another salon now to do my wigs.

I asked for a lob haircut, and I specifically asked for it to be long. My hair was around collar bone. The stylist told me she would cut it 1 inch shorter. Nope. It’s chin length now which looks so disgusting on my round face. Plus I have thin hair which makes it even worse. I showed her a picture, yet she didnt even listen to me and cut it the way she wanted. It wasn’t what I asked for. I look terrible and i hate how i look. Terrible experience

Brilliant!!! My colour is the best ever!! Aga took her time & really sorted out my brassy looking blond. Louise the stylist is the best cutter I’ve ever had. Both lovely girls that do a very good job, I’ll be back x
