Mellissa has cut my hair since she was training-she is now one of the top stylists. She is brilliant and always has been. She is also very good to chat with and has a great laugh. I'm 67 and she never makes me feel old. The salon always has a good atmosphere and is clean. A new young man washed my hair-he was also very nice.

LC really listened to the style that I want, offering a slight variation to get the exact outcome that I wanted. I love it - thank you and see you soon.

Used to dread the hairdressers! But at T and G’s Oxford for me there is the right amount of genuine interest in clients and relaxing quiet coupled with great results

I always enjoy my hair appointment with Lauren at Toni & Guy Oxford. From the friendly welcome by reception staff, relaxing head massage and complimentary drink, it's a treat at the end of a busy week.

I’d like to thank Aga for doing such a good job with my colour today. She was friendly and professional and the result is great. The member of staff who did my wash and blow dry was equally attentive - a great head massage and took real care in styling my hair. Very happy customer ????

I had a really wonderful experience at Toni and Guy. I was really upset because I had tried to cut my hair myself and had made a complete mess of it, but Melissa sorted it all out for me and gave me my confidence and self-esteem back by giving me a lovely haircut that solved the problem completely. I was really impressed by how lovely Melissa and all the staff were and how quickly and efficiently they did everything. A really excellent experience!

Melissa was brilliant as per usual! She’s great at knowing exactly what her clients want. She’s extremely professional!

I needed a same day appointment and was pleased that Toni and Guy had one. However, when I arrived, it was clear that I had been spotted between two other very close clients. About halfway through the cut, one of the other members of staff let my hairdresser know that their next client had arrived and she seemed to have to speed up. She did a fantastic job but I can’t help but feel it would have been done better had she been given enough time. After she was told her client had arrived, he was invited to sit in the chair next to me and she had to stop my cut and make sure he was okay and get his hair washed. The hair cut finished very soon after that.

I think if I didn’t pay £65 for this, it wouldn’t have bothered me so much.

I had a cut and blow dry with Maryam who listened to exactly what I wanted, was very friendly and chatty.

I asked Laura the Toni & Guy colour expert to help me banish the brass on my rather yellow highlights that were growing out in an unattractive way. Her advice was excellent and with lowlights and a toner, my hair looks so much better.

Haircut was good but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell your staff to cut their nails! Both times I have been there the hairdresser has had outrageously long nails. They look untidy and feel horrible when having your hair washed, it just isn't practical if you're a hairdresser and really would put me off attending again or recommending the salon.

As usual, a warm welcome. Always on time. Had a different colourist so a bit nervous but she was so sparkly, chatty and generally lovely. Very pleased with the result.
My hair cut is always just what I ask for but advice is there if I need ideas. Great tea and coffee. I always feel the staff care about me.
