At least, I’m pretty certain she was called Lauren, you can check your records. The haircut she gave me was passable but she put in very little effort and no attention to detail. At the end when I asked if there were any stray hairs she just glanced at my head and said no, but there were actually a lot of stray hairs she hadn’t cut. This was the haircut before my wedding day on Saturday. At the end there were cut hairs all over my face which she hadn’t bothered to brush off. When I mentioned this she just gave me a massive brush and said here, you do it. Frankly, for the money I paid I was very unhappy.

What a fantastic experience. I have actually stopped coming to T&G around 8 years ago. I booked today last minute emergency and went in hesitant and worried. Jaime sorted me out quickly efficiently and the only other time I got a blow dry of similar quality was at my hairdressers in London. The man was amazing.

Melissa was brilliant as per usual!! Came in for wash and blowdry and it was perfect!!

I very much enjoyed my visit to this salon. Gemma first of all assessed what I wanted before doing my highlights. I was was delighted with the outcome as it looks very natural. Aga then did my blow dry with which I'm very happy. Overall I'm very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness.

Maryam is a good professional and very kind. However, I am a bit disappointed because I had booked online with a Director Stylist (Lauren) and when I arrived they told me my booking was showing with Maryam (one level below). Just wonder if it was a system problem or they changed deliberately without telling me? Besides that, all good and nice ambient.

I have been going to this salon for about a year, it’s very convenient for me, across the road from my place of work. It is always a very welcoming salon, everyone is friendly and helpful. I have always seen Melissa and she in turn knows how to get the best from my hair in both cut, style and condition. Melissa is really friendly and will make suggestions, which have always been good, re the style I am aiming for once it has grown a bit more

I always walk out of the salon really pleased with my hair. Gemma is clearly an expert in what she does. The same goes for the young man who cut my hair today, can’t remember his name, he’s Spanish. Excellent results all round.

Excellent haircut and blow dry with Maryam once again and all staff very friendly and efficient .

I was feeling a bit fed up, as my hair just wasn't right. I asked Melissa for help and she came up with some great suggestions about putting in some clever layers to give it more bounce. Although I couldn't explain in detail what I wanted, Melissa somehow understood and got it spot on. I was really happy when I left the salon but two days later, I'm even more delighted with my cut.
