I started coming to Saks last year. Shannon rekindled my faith in returning to hairdressers by providing a fantastic professional consultation and restyling my hair perfectly.
I then visited Ginger Jess who was also great. Then this week Jodie looked after me. I was a little concerned in the sudden change. But I need not to worry for she was great in suggesting a slight change, for which I asked for. Resulting in a happy and hair confident customer.

Very unhappy with the out come of my hair colour not what I wanted I did express this when I paid very unhappy with the price every time I come in price is different today I paid £164.00 which is a lot of money for my hair to look no different infact worse, everything was rushed as too many clients at once may I suggest you look after one client first

We take all feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve our services.

I will also double check your bill to ensure you were charged correctly, £164 would usually be a full head highlights, toner and haircut. I walked through the door to be greeted immediately by Chloe and shown to my seat before she made me my usual brew. Ginger Jess greeted me and gave me excellent advice on colouring my hair and the appointment went from strength to strength.
