I have been using this salon for a few years now and it's always a treat. Isla has recently taken over as my hair stylist and she is so talented. She'd helped with aspects of my hair styling whilst she was an apprentice and now it's lovely to be able to chat with her about colour and style ideas. From the minute I walk through the door, all of the staff recognise me and are welcoming. Today, Isla welcomed me in and chatted through ideas with me before she started , then I was brought my favourite tea. (It's a bit of an in-salon joke because it's a Christmas Tea that I have been working through for a couple of years!) We had a good giggle about it and Amy even Googled places I could perhaps buy some! Faith was charged with applying the root colour and we had a lovely chat whilst she was doing that so .... If you want to feel welcomed, if you want a professional and outstanding hair cut (and colour), if you want to feel pampered then this is the salon for you.

I always have my hair done a saks Hexham and have for years. However I haven’t had my hair done by Isla before but she was absolutely amazing. She asked loads of questions made sure I was happy with everything. She was also very friendly and chatty. My colour and cut is fantastic I’d definitely recommend her as a stylist.

When I first started going to the salon my hair had colour and heat damage so I had to have quite a bit cut off … Shannon advised me at each appointment what she thought would be better for my hair… My hair has since grown to the length I like it and is so much healthier..
