I have been going to my local hairdressers for a long time now and I always look forward to the experience and leave smiling. It's the starting point for me of many great nights out and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Yan always gives a great welcome- the little extras are great: tea, cake, massage and a Christmas card! I had an excellent cut and blow dry with Nicole. Thanks, I'll be back.

Have been coming to Yan for ages but had my hair cut for the first time by Remi today. My hair is really thick, curly and frizzy and I can't believe how smooth and sleek Remi got it by the end! Super happy and she was fun to talk to too!

Very good salon with friendly staff. Great value for money on cut and style. Stylist Chantelle was great with new style ideas and showed me how to recreate the style she did on my new cut. Lovely to have massage chairs during the wash and tea or coffee choice during the cut. Definitely recommend. Got an appointment in really good time as well.

I love Yan's. Everyone is very friendly, place is lovely and clean and I can relax there whilst having my hair done. Remi is a professional and always does an excellent work. I didn't get my coffee today as they got busy and forgot, but I can live without. I have a great hair do instead.

I came in and saw Danielle for a cut and colour today ( I last had highlights in January) and as always she knew exactly what we could do to lift and liven my hair. With fresh highlights and copper through my hair I'm ready for autumn and my much needed cut looks fab! She is amazing with my thick hair and I always feel safe with my hair in her hands!

Recently moved away from Leicester and happened to have some spare time on a visit so popped in. Staff were very friendly and remembered me despite not having been back for over a year! Another fantastic hair cut from Yasmin. Thanks Yan - see you next time I'm around!

Very friendly stylist, listened to what I wanted & gave me lots of tips for styling my hair myself which was very helpful. Scalp massage and the massage chair was also fantastic. Will definitely be going back.

I've been coming to Yan Hair for 5-6 years and I always seen Yasmin. She's not only great at what she does, but she always makes it a pleasure to see her, it's like seeing an old friend as she always remembers what we talked about last time. I have actually moved to Birmingham but still come back to Leicester to have my hair cut as I don't trust going to somewhere else to have my hair cut. Yasmin has helped me grow my hair over the years rather than cutting it shorter than I'd want. Great salon with a friendly atmosphere.

Very pleased with the colour and the cut. Was offered advice from Remi about the different colour hi lights to suit my skin tone. Lovely cut and all in all a very pleasant experience. Will definitely go back.

I have been going to Yan for my hair for almost 21/2 years. Always greeted with warmth by reception. Today the service is no different as I have not been for almost 3 months. Good cut, lovely service, and I trusted my stylist to work with my natural hair.

Visited Yan for the first time this afternoon, being dissatisfied with my previous hairdressers. Robert took time and care assessing the suitability of my chosen style for my hair type. I absolutely love my new cut and will definitely become a Yan regular.

As always, my experience at YAN Hair today was brilliant! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with such professionalism and care. The whole YAN experience is one I will continue to come back for and I cannot recommend highly enough!

This was my first visit and my stylist was Nicole. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness and atmostphere of the salon. Nicole was very attentive and kept checking with me throughout that I was happy with what she was doing. I will definitely be back perhaps for highlights next time and intend to introduce my partner. We live in Blaby.
