A relaxing experience getting my hair dyed, and I’m really happy with how it looks. A thorough job with friendly staff and made to feel at home.

Amazing job by Rob as my hair was awful after 4 months bedridden with no washing and then spinal surgery. He made me feel as comfortable as possible with breaks to stand to decompress my spine. Thank you so much, Rob.

Remi is a talented and client centred stylist who goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy with the whole experience and the final outcome. She really is a treasure .

Due to no fault of the stylist i was called to rearrange my daughter's appointment, but rather than me be worried or having to change the day, the team rallied round and fitted my daughter in so was one less stress before she returns to school going into her big school now year 7

Alicia has known me for a long time and I normally ask for hair to be dried straight but on this occassion, we tried retaining the curls. Alicia knew exactly how to cut the hair and dry it to get the best out of my curls. Top job Alicia and also the loveliest and most relaxing hair wash from super assistant (huge apologies that I don't know your name but thank you!).

Called in today about a small issue with previous colouring appointment. Sam was keen to sort out the issue and booked me in for late afternoon. Had a hair cut by YAN. You really get your moneys worth. His expertise and experience is phenomenal. The cuppacinos coffees are the best Iv ever had in a hair salon.

I had a great experience with Alicia, she was very attentive and made me very comfortable throughout my time in the salon. I loved it and I will come back!

A head massage masquerading as a hair wash was followed by a chat that just about put the world to rights (well Leicester City anyway) and before I knew it my hair was exactly as I wanted it. As usual.
