Lovely relaxing experience.
My second cut by Miheala and just like the first was well looked after and happy with the result.

It was my first time at YAN today a friend recommended the salon to me and I have to say I am impressed! I felt pampered from the moment I arrived, it was a very relaxing visit and i love my new haircut too. I was certainly shocked at the price when I paid. I thought theyd charge more!Great value.

I realy recomended anybody that wants someone professional to look after their hair style to go Yan salon.
I have been with this Salon since 2013 untill today and I never think to go somewhere else. Today, I have been servied with Nicole very friendly girl and she is realy professional and I will do my hair with her next time ;)

I have been having my hair cut/coloured/styled by Yan Hair salon since 2006 - friendly staff and excellent standard. I sometimes take advantage of the discount night and different offers - thanks for Thursday's colour Bella - lovely. See you next time.

My first time at Yan's - not only did I get a great cut and service from Sav and the staff, but I also met Yan who was doing some staff training in the chair next to me.

I was anxious but mainly exited about getting my hair done. It was a drastic change for me as I've had it waste length for the last 10 years. This was done so I can donate my hair to a children's charity. Thankfully I had Jess to cut my hair and I love it. Thanks Jess

I've been thinking about a much shorter style for a while. Yan listened to me, offered some great suggestions and made sure my hair would work with the new style. After a relaxing hair wash with scalp massage, off we went, with tea and reassurance offered! Some very skillful cutting and a great finish later, I have a fantastic new style and lots of compliments. I recommend this salon. I'm a returning customer and will be back again. Relaxed and stylish salon.

Jess gave me a great haircut, I love it. She listened carefully to what I wanted, cut and coloured hair with care and attention. It looks good and it works for me and I'm delighted.

The salon looked very smart as well, although a coffee I asked for didn't arrive.

Another lovely trip to Yan's. Great wash and head massage and a fantastic cut as ever from Yan - who listens ,discusses and takes time to make sure I understand what he will be doing with my hair. He also makes sure I understand how to style it myself once I'm home.
And he makes me laugh outrageously during the process!
Always leave feeling (and looking) better than I did when I went in. What more can you ask for?!

I put my hair in Yan's hands this afternoon on the eve of a party to celebrate a "significant" birthday. I have to say I am delighted with the results and feel "party ready". We were chatting about life and everything, and I recalled how he'd helped me to get "wedding ready" almost 25 years ago. So I am a loyal customer, and can't recommend the salon highly enough. All the staff make you feel welcome and cared for. It is a delightful experience!

Today I had my hair done by Chantelle I had it washed, cut and blow dried straight. Chantelle very kindly did it over her lunch break which was very kind of her as she didn't have too. We had a very good chat and she mad me laugh a lot.

Had my hair cut by Miheala. She was fantastic. Listened to exactly what I wanted. Have great advice add to what my hair needed and it resulted in a brilliant finish overall.
Would highly recommended and will be back again soon. Possibly for a colour try as she also gave me some advice with that too.

I had my hair highlighted, cut and blowdried by Jess and it was by far the best time I've ever had at a hairdressers. I've been having a few problems with my hair and recent haircuts at other salons, and Jess listened so well to everything I said and took it all on board, she gave me a really personalised experience and was really friendly too (as were all the staff!).

I'm feeling so confident with my hair now, all the hairdressers seemed knowledgeable and Yan will definitely become my regular salon from now on! The massage chair while you're getting your hair washed is such a treat as well. With a student discount this is definitely good value, thanks Yan salon!

Really good Hairdressers and friendly Service. A little bit expensive for a simple men's haircut, but they do a good job and are very friendly.

Nice staff

It's really good, everyone is really nice. Slightly annoyed about colour of my hair when I ask not to have a red shade in the hair dye, it does look good but just the matter of principle. Couple of strands of my hair wasn't cut the same length as the rest of them, didn't notice as I opt in to curl my hair.

A great experience for my 11 daughter. She was spoken to as a 'grown up' yet mum was allowed to be involved until the offer of a drink and a few minutes to herself called. My daughter was happy chatting with the friendly and professional staff and she even won the battle of the fringe having asked advice from her stylist.

Great head massage from Tom who also displayed great customer service skills. He informed me about online booking and offers on the phone. Cut by Chantelle was great. She listened to what i wanted and dos just that, unlike many hairdressers. She advised me on what would suit me and other options. Great salon and will definitely be going there from now on.

I have been going to Yans for three years and have always had a fantastic cut by Liss! I have really short almost pixie hair and she always does a great job which I get lots of compliments on.
The salon is always a friendly and relaxing place to be the back wash with legs raised and the massage on is FANTASTIC!

Amazing time as always at the salon this morning - I even had a hand massage which was a lovely added extra! Great to have Remi back from mat leave, she's fantastic!!

Michaela didn't have to do too much this am as am growing top layer down, shocked her by admiring blue bob in salon opening flyer!! Perhaps next time?!!
