I have been going to Yan for my hair for almost 21/2 years. Always greeted with warmth by reception. Today the service is no different as I have not been for almost 3 months. Good cut, lovely service, and I trusted my stylist to work with my natural hair.

Visited Yan for the first time this afternoon, being dissatisfied with my previous hairdressers. Robert took time and care assessing the suitability of my chosen style for my hair type. I absolutely love my new cut and will definitely become a Yan regular.

I had a cut and finish and Aveda conditioning treatment from Jess today. The service was brilliant, I was very happy with how my hair looked at the end, so much healthier!

As always, my experience at YAN Hair today was brilliant! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with such professionalism and care. The whole YAN experience is one I will continue to come back for and I cannot recommend highly enough!

This was my first visit and my stylist was Nicole. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness and atmostphere of the salon. Nicole was very attentive and kept checking with me throughout that I was happy with what she was doing. I will definitely be back perhaps for highlights next time and intend to introduce my partner. We live in Blaby.

I've been a regular at Yan's for too many years to mention and they always do a great job. Yan and Rob lead an excellent team of well trained and managed staff who are happy to advise and who offer great service too (particularly Yasmin).The Aveda products are lovely and I always leave feeling well looked after and treated in a friendly and professional manner.

I went to yans and had my hair styled up by nicole, she was very bubbly and enthusiastic and definately made my experiance enjoyable. It only took about 30 minutes to do my hair and she did a brilliant job. It stayed in all day. I had it half up with it curled, and I really liked it and everyone complimented it.

I have NEVER experienced such an experience that was the experience I experienced with the stylist 'Remi'. Her hands became one with the scissors as she worked her magic through my follicles. Not only did the masterful stylist revitalise and rejuvenate my before pitiful barnet but she educated me in the art and the subtle differences of cortex, medulla and cuticle. I came away from my Remi 'treatment' on a high that lasts to this day. What a sincere sensation. I fully intend to nominate 'Saint' Remi to be the first, and only, Patron Saint of Hair Styling.

Great experience from start to finish. Arrived on wrong day but was still accommodated. Very friendly staff - really happy with result. Hair looks v shiny!

Great hairdresser. I've been to loads in Leicester and Remi knows how to manage my long and thick hair. She us the only I've who can do a good job on my fringe. I would and have recommended her.

Had a cut and blow dry with Yasmin after being recommended by a friend. She was nice and friendly and when I expliained to her what I wanted to do with my hair she cut it perfectly and advised what products to use. My hair feels so soft and looks nice and shiny - thanks! :)

When I needed a new hairdresser a friend recommended Yan. Looked at the website & gulped a bit as I was a £10 a time girl! BUT worth every pound. Jess is a Yan graduate & did a fantastic job on my hair. She made a point of discussing me, my hair & what I wanted before making a move. The massage chair at the back wash was a wonderful bonus, as was the head massage when she put the conditioner in. Have just come home from my 2nd visit & am as pleased as I was the first time. Going back again in September.

Me and my partner had a lovely time having our hair cut by Chellsi, she was warm and welcoming and lovely to talk to. She made sure we knew what was going on and cut our hair perfectly to our request.

Not many people would want to take on the challenge of my hair! But Claire does and does an amazing job

Yasmin cut my hair today & as ever she's done a fantastic job. When Yasmin started to cut my hair she took her time to get to know me & the best way to cut my hair. She offers suggestions when I don't know what style to have next & doesn't let me have some of the more idiotic styles I might want!
I've been having my hair cut at Yan for over 3 years. The service is always excellent & the staff are friendly & welcoming.
I can't recommend Yasmin & Yan's enough.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The lady on the reception who welcomes you in makes you feel really special from the moment you walk through the door. It doesnt end there with a choice of lovely refreshments and amazing complimentary head massages to follow. Always pleased with my cut/colour when I leave the salon. Today I had Craig washing my hair/looking after me and Remi doing my cut/colour - both did a great job :) thankyou

I really enjoyed the whole experience at Yan. Claire was great fun and very professional! The massage chair while having your hair washed was a good touch. Would recommend to anyone as it was one of the best haircuts I've had. Really satisfied customer!

Yasmin was so lovely, she made me feel really comfortable which was great as I normally don't like new people cutting my hair. I am so pleased with the way she cut it, she did an amazing job, especially considering it hadn't been cut for 9 months!

I keep returning to Yan so Chantelle can cut my hair. She always does a lovely job. I love the salon and the products and would always recommend to a friend!

I felt looked after at Yan. Liss listened to what I wanted with my hair and despite having a power cut at the time in the salon she persevered with getting my cut finished!

I've been coming to YAN hair salon for 17 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The service is genuinely second to none and the highly knowledgeable team - every one of them - makes me feel assured that I'll get the same great service, no matter who looks after me or my family (my daughter, aged 7, really appreciates the 'experience' she gets from a cut at YAN's. Even my husband claims he's never able to get a better cut than the one he gets at YAN. Oh, and the Aveda products are a staple in our home too. We all use it and the prices are as competitive as any high street Aveda outlet. No matter what game my hair's playing (pre/post pregnancy etc), Rob always come ls up with the perfect product to sort it out. As you can probably guess, I'd recommend this salon to anyone - I travel a 40 mile round trip and I'd travel further if I had to!

Chelsey is probably the best stylist I've ever encountered. She is knowledgable & has transformed my hair. The salon is really friendly, but could do with a bit of a re-furb.

Great cut as always. Chelsea is always so good at listening to what I want and is really professional. I am always happy to see her.bit expensive but she is good.
