Wonderful guy. Nice sharp bob and a fabulous colour, this guy really knows what he's doing! Highly recommended! The juniors do a great job too, delicious coffee and a relaxing head massage whilst having my hair washed.

I love this salon. I highly recommend. I am customer with this salon since 2014 all the staff excellent. I have done my hair today with Emma, it was very nice to do it with her. Good luck Emma.

I used to get my hair cut at Yan when I lived in Clarendon Park but moved to the other side of the city. Having tried other salons, I'm returning to Yan and they are just as good as they ever were if not better. I was invited by YanHair for a cut and blow dry and i loved every moment of it! Shane did such an amazing job with my hair helping me go from red to blonde. The salon is beauitful all the staff are amazing its such a wonderful place to be in.

Love my hair cut with Jess at Yan every time.

A wonderful experience at Yan from start to finish. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, and my hairdresser (Terri) was just superb. Absolute miracle worker - I arrived at the salon feeling drab but left with a wonderful hair cut & a spring in my step. After a wonderfully relaxing hair wash / condition / head massage, we discussed some ideas for my hair & Terri advised me on how to help keep my hair strong & healthy. When she had finished cutting & styling my hair, I was absolutely thrilled with the result. I will definitely be returning to visit Terri and would recommend Yan to anyone.

I have visited Yan Hairstylists for years. Never had a bad experience. Today Remy - creative stylist - was a day off, but she came in especially to ensure my colour went to plan as she knows I prefer not to swap and change, I like continuity. If all businesses were run in this manner, customer satisfaction would be improved. They are always busy but always smile, listen and most importantly bring you coffee!

Bella was great, she was attentive and listened to what I wanted. Gave her professional advice and input. Kept me busy with plenty of magazines and coffee. Took her time and I loved the end result. 100% would go back again and 100% back to Bella.

Despite the cold outside, the salon was warm and comfortable. During my wait for my stylist to be ready I was offered a drink. The junior who attended to the 'wash' section was pleasant, attentive and gave a good, firm head massage.
Once my stylist was available she worked efficiently with an ideal mix of lively conversation and skill. The only downside of my visit was the behaviour of 2 young children who had spread themselves out in the waiting area and were enjoying a picnic and stamping noisily on the vinyl flooring.

I always come out pleased with the result from Yan hair. Since I've been going which has been about a year now, I've had the wonderful Jess do my hair. She's always been fab! She listens to what I would like and really takes the time to make my hair perfect with great attention to detail. The service at Yan is overall great and always I feel very welcome. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Nicole is absolutely awesome she does an amazing job every time but today she has excelled herself with my pink hair.
Kayleigh also does an outstanding job washing my hair and makes me feel so relaxed and the pressure and water is always perfect.

This was my first visit to Yan, a recommendation from a friend. Well she was right it's a lovely salon and you feel comfortable there. Lovely hair cut and very thoughtful friendly staff.

Hi good service but disappointed that I paid £86 for colour and I asked for a rough dry but ended up paying for blow dry . Waited too long to get my hair cut

I've been having my hair done at Yan for about 4 years. It's a real treat. The head massage is always very relaxing and my stylist Remi always gives my hair a great finish.

Experience was great, not only did I get a cut and blowdry but got a new style and made my hair look and feel fab!

Great haircut with a real effort to understand your hair, not just apply a style. Easy chat, complimentary drink. And no massive effort to force products on you, just some gentle advice. Love it. Highly recommend it.

I had a great experience getting my hair done at Yan. The girls who did my cut and colour were fabulous and very welcoming. Chantelle took a lot of time paying close attention to detail while doing my foils and was super friendly. Unfortunately I was expecting my colour to come out a little lighter and closer in colour to the picture I provided. I was a little disappointed to spend so much money on the colour and not have it look much different to how it did when I first walked in the salon. Overall she still did a great job blending everything to make it look natural. Nicole did a great job on my cut! I love the length we decided to go with and it feels much healthier now. The girl who washed my hair was a little rough while pulling out the foils and while shampooing me (or maybe I'm just a baby, not sure). Overall I still had a good experience! Just wish my colour was a bit closer to what I was expecting.
