Really nice place, great service and I'm really happy with the cut.

Been coming to Yan's for over 10 years, this was the first time I had my haircut with Michaela. She really listened and took on board what I wanted and gave me some great healthy hair tips and was very knowledgable. Always look forward to the head massage when my hair was washed. Very relaxing experience.

This was my first time getting my hair cut and coloured at Yan. I have to say the whole experience was amazing! Yasmin did my hair, and from start to finish she was great, the results are phenomenal and I have already booked my next 2 appointments! I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting a great cut, in a great environment with amazing staff! Could not fault it.

First time to the salon, experience was great. Stylist was great and most importantly I love my new haircut cut!

Expert styling and excellent value.

For someone who really struggles with getting their hair cut owing to some bad choices of hair cut in the past, I have to say how refreshing it was to get my (well over due) mop chopped on Saturday.

I have thin, blonde hair and I normally find that hairdressers don't take my thin locks into account when cutting it, often leaving it lifeless and almost thinner than it was to start with. But Samantha Stevenson and (her amazing blue tipped fringe ????) put me at ease immediately and provided individual advice for a hair cut-phobic

Hair looks and feels fab and I got myself some good styling tips as well. Thanks Yan (and Sam)

Lovely salon. Teri is very friendly and cut my hair very well. Shampoo was also lovely. I went along with my 3 year old daughter and they were brilliant with her.

I brought my daughter Grace into the salon for the first time today, from the very outset she was made to feel at ease & welcome. Nicole was fantastic with her, asking her lots of questions to assertion exactly what she wanted doing. She left the salon totally in love with her hair, swinging her new length of hair as she walked off down the road. She's only 14yrs old but she was given a grown-up pampering experience that left her feeling good about herself. I loved her hair too!!! What's not to like? Thank you Nicole you were amazing!!!

I've got awkward hair with some foibles but I've really pleased with how it's turned out - especially the colour . Thanks Savas x

Excellent... from the first call ... I made an initial enquiry about the Aveda hair colouring as I regularly use the Aveda hair products at home .... so thought I would progress to their hairtinting from a precessional salon.. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy... I had my first consultation the other week and today went for a blowdry - very different (rather than the straight look with straighteners that most stylist use these days)
Returning in a few weeks for a colour and looking forward to it rather than feeling nervous as I have the confident that Robert has not only listened to me but using his own flair too
All the staff in the salon seemed very friendly the massaging chairs were lovely ... think next time I might ask for 3 washes and 2 conditioning treatments ...a total salon experience.

Having had Danielle cut and colour my hair for several years now I know that the cut will always be good. Danielle understands what's best for my hair type and I feel confident about giving her free reign! I love walking out with beautifully curled and styled hair!

After 20 years of the same long men's hair "style", I finally decided to try out something new and get it cut. Having heard great things about Yan's, I booked an appointment with Robert and took the plunge. The whole experience was fantastic - from the warm welcome at reception, to the amazing hair wash/massage and of course the cut itself. Robert did an amazing job listening patiently to my half-spun ideas and producing something that was both what I'd asked for but so much better than I'd hoped! It's the best haircut I've ever had and I have absolutely no regrets about saying goodbye to the locks. I can't recommend Yan's highly enough - I've had loads of compliments on my hair, and will definitely only use Yan's now that I've joined the world of hair cuts. I couldn't be happier, huge thanks to the lovely team.

This is my fourth visit to Remi and Yans. I chose her because she seemed to have an edgy style herself, and I want a stylist who will keep my look modern, and to have quite a lot of input. She always discusses what i want doing, but also makes suggestions, and I let her use her own initiative.
I'm always happy with how my hair is cut, and I shall keep going back to Yan's. As an additional bonus, I love Aveda products, and the massage chairs and all the other comfort touches make tr visiting the salon special. Highly recommend it.

As always, I was very happy with the way Yasmin coloured and cut my hair, and very pleased with the end result. She does an excellent job, we always have a lovely chat and she also gives very helpful advice on haircare, possible styles and maintenance etc. It's always a treat to get my hair cut at Yan.

I had a great experience yesterday with a hairdresser Teri at Yan's.My hair was thinned out in the ends and was giving a tired look.She saved it and gave a whole new look. No other hair dresser so far had spotted a solution for my hair worry!

Omg! SAV is in the house! Yan hair salon gets better by the day and never fails to amaze. I went in because I couldn't be bothered to wash my hair (lazy I know) and it was absolutely lovely to see SAV from Remi working there- what a blast from the past! Only slight negative klaxon phone bell. Someone needs to be on reception at all times fielding the calls. Not a deal breaker but something that detracted slightly today from an otherwise perfect experience

As always, very happy with Remi. She is lovely, makes me smile and does magic with my shapeless hair.
