Yan Hair

Went in for colour. She has left the grey roots exactly as they were before the colour. It also looks like a different colour was used as opposed to the colour I usually have. Disappointing.

The service is always friendly and of a high standard. Nicole, my stylist, always listens to what I want & I’m never disappointed with the results.

Bella is a great hairdresser, she always listens to what I want and changes things if I ask her to. She colours and cuts my hair really well and she is a really nice person to be around. Great service!

I’ve been going to Yan’s for years and without fail I have a good experience.

I love the online booking, makes planning and booking appointments really easily. Danielle never runs late and never fails to do a fab job with my hair.

I constantly get compliments about how nice my hair looks, and it’s is down to Danielle! She is fab.

My hair is always cut beautifully but perhaps even more importantly, I always feel great after all the chat, pampering and care given by Yan and the lovely team.

I have been going to Yan for over 10 years and they have always cut my hair well ?. My recent appointment with Sam was no exception.

Had a really good cut and blow dry with Teri at YAN today. Hadn’t been to the hairdressers for too long and she had lots of advice and tips during the consultation. Really enjoyed whole experience - coffee, massage chairs etc. Quite the indulgent treat but well worth it. Thank you.

Great Salon. Aveda products are so lovely and I love the massage chairs at the hair wash! My colour and cut always looks fabulous with me getting lots of comments. Savas is a brilliant stylist!

Always happy with style

Having tried several hair salons in Leicester, this is by far my favourite one for both cut and colour. The hair colour is by Aveda, and and I believe this is more naturally derived and much better for your hair than the hair colour used by most salons. I find the colour looks much better and lasts a lot longer than hair colour I have had in other salons.
Yan the salon owner, does a really great cut and takes a lot of care to ensure the style is exactly what suits your hair and is easy to manage. The other stylists are also really skilful and experienced. A lovely friendly salon and a great service.

Great hair with attention to detail and skill in understanding what my hair does. Lovely head massage and water just right temperature. Great salon. Not pushy with products and really consider you as an individual. Really recommend it.

The apprentices are always well trained and give a lovely head massage when shampooing. The atmosphere is always relaxed and cheerful. Haircut and colour, when I have it, is always done really efficiently by friendly Nicole and I'm always happy with the result. It's not a cheap salon but you pay for what you get which is high quality in a relaxed and friendly place which seems to be very good on time keeping.

Lovely. Seperate for ladies who wish too. Dyed roots but forehead n cheeks got dye on that wouldn't come off. Too many levels off service working on one job. So got different effects on back colour. Not many products used as some stylists elsewhere do. Like frizz control etc. Otherwise ok. Bit steep!

Really enjoy the new cut, Samantha gave some great hair care advice and suggested a style that really suits me. Very happy with my new hair :)
