Great first time. Coffee was nice. Staff were friendly and my hairs looking alot better.

I have been coming here for a couple of years, the salon team are always very friendly and helpful.
Vicki has always made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived. She is very gentle on my nails and works efficiently but not rushed. We have great conversations.She a lovely person and does a wonderful job with my manicure!

Can't say much but Morgan makes me feel welcome with a sympathetic ear for my health issues as he does an excellent cut.

As always excellent treatment. Love the colour.. Speedy and efficient.

Millie always greets you with a smile, and is very professional. She ensures she knows exactly what you want, before any treatments are started.

Superb service from the time you enter until everything is done. All your thoughts and ideas are listened to, and discussed, with expert advice offered. My hair is beautiful every time.

Asked to look like a Dallas Cheerleader for volume and Millie did not disappoint! She literally gave me exactly what I wanted.

Nic cuts hair beautifully and in a creative way and is always completely focussed in her work.

Jasmine is brilliant, always helps me find what I'm looking for and I feel in very safe hands with her. I love the way she cuts and colours my hair, wouldn't go anywhere else. The salon itself is lovely and feels very relaxed.

I have 12 year old twin boys as you can imagine looks are everything. They are so happy with their hair styles, they now refuse to have it cut by anyone else apart from Morgan.

Joe is the best, and his colours are great! Our conversations I do appreciate! I walk in looking like I ran through a bush, but Joe works his magic and makes my hair lush! Aha!!! I have been coming to Joe for 5 years. Before then I was a nervous wreck in hairdressers as I couldn’t find the right one to suit me. I feel like I belong in Albion House as a customer and the coffee is amazing :)

Love this salon - such a lovely place to go. Morgan fab but Lucy, Nicola, Millie and Cerys are also great.

I go to Albion House since 2019, Emma is doing my hair and all the time I am happy with the rezult. Thank you Emma for your professionalism, my hair is healthy, looks amazing every time. The staff is professional and the facility is clean. I highly recommend and definitely be back!

It’s the overall experience at Albion House that keeps me coming back. Always made to feel so welcome, from front of house to the skills with scissors and colour. As a regular client you are made to feel like family, and you don’t just come out feeling great about your haircut, but uplifted because of the chats and fun along the way. My husband always wonders what on I do there for 3 hours and I always say it feels like it’s not long enough. Fabulous!!

Always a top class hair cut. Morgan is very casual and welcoming to his clients and provides excellent results. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Millie was lovely as always when styling my daughters hair, she did a great job and was friendly and offered some good advice to help my daughter when styling her hair at home.

Brilliant experience every time with Joe! He gets my colour spot on—it blends the greys perfectly and matches my natural shade. The haircut is always just right, and the head massage is so relaxing. I really appreciate being offered a drink each time. Highly recommend!
