The ongoing personal experience never fails me at Albion! I was looking for a new look and Jo listened and advised, which resulted in a beautiful bob. Lots of compliments since!

A routine visit today. The salon is warm and friendly and make you feel seen as an individual
Joe is great, he’s not been doing my hair very long but has already brought his skills to play, and remembers from one visit to the next

Anastasia seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I’m very happy with the new me.

Another amazing cut I have short hair and can be fussy over my style, but Jo always listens and consults with you as he cuts he never finishes until you are happy would recommend,

I had a lovely experience at the salon! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Millie, who cut my hair, did an amazing job. I absolutely love my new hairstyle and couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back. 😊

I was a new client for Evie. She was very polite, kind and attentive. She kept checking that I was happy with my colour and cut as I’m not very good at describing what I want. She was working off vague terms and telepathy! The salon decor is calm and I liked the background music. I was offered tea. The bathroom was spotless. I’m really pleased with my cut and colour and have booked to go back.

Have been coming to Albion House for my hair for a number of years now. Millie is amazing and always has my colour and cut spot on. Today I unexpectedly had to bring my 6 year old with me and Millie was great. 5 Stars

Hair wash was good but blow dry was unfortunately not what I was after or close to the picture. It was curled with the straighteners so ended in tight wringlets to the roots instead of bouncy large curls at the ends.

I never expected my first haircut in Chepstow to be such a wonderful experience. Cerys took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a haircut that exceeded my expectations. I'm absolutely delighted with the result. Thank you, Cerys, for your professionalism and exceptional service. I look forward to coming back and would highly recommend you.
