Donna was absolutely brilliant! The first stylist to get the exact chocolatey autumnal colours I've been looking for - she really listened to what tones I wanted and left my hair looking gorgeous. Loved Lilly's blow dry too.
The salon was set up spaciously with lots of Covid friendly safety measures. Thanks to all the staff.

Donna had done my colour for over 10 years and every time she is very professional, discusses things things with me before she does the colour. She also a very approachable person and has a lovely way about her

Desiree and Shaz are excellent and does a wonderful job with my hair.

I visited the salon for cut and blow-dry. Customer service was amazing, massage whilst having my hair washed was lovely, my hair was cut exactly how I asked. They have put in place all the measures necessary for the COVID-19 pandemic including disposable towels. Would highly recommend this salon in Stanmore.

After having a terrible haircut the day before by a salon I’ve been to for year I made an appointment with Shaz to correct the damage that had been done. Shaz was absolutely lovely. Looked at my hair, listened to what I thought of my hair and what I wanted. He put me at ease and took his time to correct my haircut. Really happy with the end result. Thank you Shaz

Hob take COVID very seriously using disposable towels and gowns and all staff wear masks.
I am very pleased with my haircut, Niamh cut my hair very well.

Lily is a really good stylist, friendly and efficient. Have been to her many times before and she is always the same. It’s also good that you can book on the day for £20 so I treat myself

Perfect. Every single time, I have been a loyal client of her since I was 17 and she is incredible. I cannot imagine anyone else touching my hair, goes above and beyond for her clients! I always look forward to my haircut!

She has cut my sons hair before and she took great care prepping him before the cut to make sure the little hairs didn't get inside his sweatshirt. Cut was perfect thank u

I had a real treat yesterday. Noelle blow dried my hair for a special occasion and it was really lovely. The £20.00 blow dry is a good price.

It was a great welcome/experience.

The whole experience was relaxing. I enjoyed the massage chair when my hair was being washed, as well as the extra head massage. Sinead did a very good haircut as always. For me, it’s not cheap though, but it’s worth it as a treat. I have been coming for years!

As always a great blow dry but I honestly think that the stylists and juniors should all wear masks.

Both my mum (who lives in Uganda) and I (who lives in South London) are always happy with our colour by Donna

I have a semi-perm to cover my random greys and Donna matches my colour perfectly. She always checks in to see if I was happy with the previous colour (I always am). A great, friendly service. The shine the semi-perm gives me is wonderful - I can't believe how healthy my hair looks and feels after a visit to HOB Stanmore with Donna and Sinead!

I travel from South of the river to see Sinead and Donna! Sinead has been doing my hair since she started at HOB. Sinead knows my hair, what I like, gives great advice to maintain the health of my hair and we always have a good chat and catch up!

I can't recommend Sinead and HOB Stanmore enough!

As always, I am looked after from the moment I enter the salon until the time I leave. My hair washer is always polite and courteous. Noelle is a great stylist and always makes you feel comfortable. She listens to my requests and I listen to her hair advice. I highly recommend her and all the great staff in the salon!!
