She’s very nice

I asked for a very simple style but I got layers that I specifically said I don’t want. The layers are short and doesn’t suit me, so I’m disappointed

Very happy with blowdry. Not best hair wash, bit on rough side

I have been having my haircut by the incredible like since I was 16 and time and time again she is the best stylist that I have ever known!

Both Desiree and Stephanie are excellent .
The salon is run well by Diane.

I had a cut and colour. Colour is so lovely. The cut isn’t amazing. But it will grow out.

A lovely blow dry so happy with it. Bouncy and smooth just like I requested.

Stephanie gets my hair. She keeps it simple with minimal layers and she always dries it from wet. Excellent! She is a very nice person and I am grateful to have her do my hair.

I have always enjoyed my visit to Hobs . Everyone is really welcoming. The trainees are polite .
I initially left the salon with not feeling 100% with my colour as it was a little too light for my liking. I called 2 days later and they booked me in to see Desiree again . She was quick to admit that I could do with a deeper tone on my highlights and got to it straight away. I was really impressed with her honesty. It was down free of charge which I really appreciated.
I love that my stylist had no problem admitting that it wasn’t quite like we wanted it and justified it . Thank you thank you thank you . I really love my new hair . Thank you to Chanade as well for cutting off all my read hair and giving my hair a new life .

Shaz is amazing at knowing your style, he is very efficient, understands your vision, and very much in tune when cutting / styling your hair. He allows himself time, and never rushes.

As always, I had an excellent experience at salon. The service was fantastic despite Covid-19 restrictions and the atmosphere was lovely.

Clean felt safe spaced out chairs wiped clean. Everyone wearing masks and visors.

Had the best experience at Hob Stanmore yesterday, I came in with super dodgy self-bleached hair that was half black and every shade of orange and they gave me the best colour/cut I have ever had! They were also so lovely and it was a genuine pleasure :)

I booked a curly blow-dry last minute and had brilliant service. Within minutes I was sat down to have my hair washed. The mini head massage felt great. I was then met by Stephanie who asked me how I would like my blow dry. I tried to explain what I wanted but I wasn't really making sense, but somehow Stephanie knew exactly what I was looking for and made my hair look amazing in such a short period of time. I honestly don't think I've ever had a blow dry where I its not hurt or where I walk out not 100% happy until now. Really happy and highly recommend HOB and Stephanie:)

Throughout the long gruelling process all the staff were amazing, especially Shaz. She did an excellent job with my difficult hair and I am so pleased with the end result.

Shaz was manning the fort all alone for most of the morning I went. He did an exceptional job and is a very personable guy who doesn’t talk your ear off if you’re not in the mood. Hob’s safety precautions are first class so you can get your haircut feeling safe.

The best colour, loved! Donna did a great job, I was very happy.

Kayleigh always takes great care about listening to what I want done with my hair. Results are always good. The salon is generally caring and friendly

Had a great experience being my first visit to HOB Salon.

My first appointment with her, she gave me a lovely cut so very happy with that. In terms of blow dry, would say it was average, didn’t give me as much volume & bounce as I would have liked. Saying that, it was the first time round so maybe next time will emphasise more on how I prefer it.
