I was made very welcome Lilly is a dream to deal with my hair. Always a pleasure to come to the salon.

I love coming to the salon, everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Lily is the best, she always knows what to do with my hair. Would highly recommend!

Desiree is always really personable and great attention to details and delivers every time - she is one of my favourite stylists.

I requested a on the day blow dry with. Sinead and she also is very personable and delivers exactly what I want in a efficient manner.

Unfortunately my experience with hair washing was not great, the water either kept coming really hot or really cold, water kept being put in my left ear, colour was not removed properly from my skin, my hair was really brushed too vigorously and yanking at my scalp - I did ask the junior to be more gentle. I actually felt this part ruined my experience on the day and couldn’t wait to leave the salon. The juniors were talking to each other and weren’t sure what they had to do - they should be trained to ask questions if they didn’t hear instructions clearly the first time.

Sinead always makes me feel like a new woman when she does my hair and I wouldn’t dream o going anywhere else. A fabulous experience given by the whole team, it’s always a treat and pleasure when I visit HOB

Disappointed as flicked blowdry fell out the next day, unlike previous times when it lasted a week. Also did not like the way it looked when I left salon . I could tell it was not going to hold and the front was just straight and not blended with the rest of my hair

Always amazing

She was lovely but I was very unhappy with my blow dry which I asked to be straight with a gel at the bottom and ended up looking like something out of Hairspray! Her words… she suggested I put a hat on to flatten it ☹️

I have known Rohini for a long time. She is a wonderful professional who takes pride in her work and never fails to please.

Service is impeccable, Lilly has cut my hair since I was 16 and her attention to detail is second to none. All staff are friendly and welcoming - 5* all around!

Absolutely perfect and just what I wanted.

As a rather self conscious, non-binary person going to a salon, to find the right fit, is not easy. Which may be surprising to some. Coming into your salon for the first time, I instantly felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The stylist cared deeply about what I wanted my hair to look like, and I did not once feel judged for showing a picture of Dougie from mcfly! Haha. They were really focused on the hair itself, talked me through what they were doing. They nailed it on the head. I'm in love with my new hair cut and the confidence I feel is amazing.

It's been a tough few months as a carer to my mum and working full time, where I felt I neglected my appearance for a long time, which sank my confidence. I'm just glad I finally made time to get my hair done and that you were the salon I went to. You guys cut hair everyday and you might not realise the difference it makes to some people, but it's made a big impact on me.

I know this might seem like an over the top review, I don't usually say much, but really felt it was worth saying. Thank you!

Stephanie was excellent she really looked after my daughter who has just turned 16 put a mask on her hair that made it look amazing. She was so happy and the price for a minor was very competitive .

Sinead is absolutely incredible! Listens to what you want and creates something accordingly, that is manageable in and out of a salon environment! I was lucky enough to be assigned to her and I cannot speak highly enough about her. Thank you.

After Covid this was the first time I had my hair done. And I had the best experience!! The man who washed my hair was SOO amazing, I felt so relaxed. And Niamph was absolutely amazing. So lovely having my hair done by her. She took her time in understanding what I wanted and styled it so well. Definitely coming back!! All the staff there were so welcoming!!
