It is always a pleasure coming here. Lisa is a great stylist and has also given me the best hair colour I’ve ever had! All the girls are friendly and professional. The salon is clean and relaxing and has the best music playlist! And the fact that the products are so eco friendly is the cherry on the cake. I highly recommend this salon.

Georgia is clearly extremely knowledgable about natural hair health and also a talented stylist. Since my appointment, my hair has looked healthier, shiny and it’s felt thicker and softer. I will be returning and look forward to my hair getting stronger with every visit. The fact the products are environmentally friendly really meet my values and I’m pleased to have discovered the salon.

Visited the salon for the first time and couldn't be more impressed. Lovely atmosphere and I can honestly say it is the best haircut I've ever had. The manager really understands her clients and their hair and took time to check I was 100% happy with my experience and my stylist. Definitely recommend.

I had a lovely hair cut and blow dry today with Paige. My hair looks shiny and healthy as opposed to the thirsty, frizzy hair I walked in the salon with. Thank you for the good vibes and service provided.

Georgia received me warmly and started to give me a follow-up on what was the previous plan about my hair. She treated my hair with delicacy, and gave me a scalpe massage explaining why it was important to help my hair grow.
She applied the necessary products to aid my hair to growth faster and to get in in better condition, with an explanation of why they were being used and what for.
She then went to blow dry and cutting my hair.
At the end she gave me tips so I could keep my hair healthy and how to grow it faster.
I am extremely happy with the final result and the tips Georgia gave me. Thank you so much Georgia.

I was informed of what the process for this was as well as the time needed for this.

Today Paige spent 3 hours with me to get to know more about my hair routine and history to be able to set up a plan on a long term treatment of my hair. She asked me what goal was and she gave me long term advice on how I can get there. This Saloon isn't only interested in taking the most money at once, they understand looking after your hair is a commitment and they've got the experience to back it up. Only professional products are used and I felt like being on a spa day for an incredibly good price. I am very impressed and can't stop touching my hair. Only after one treatment and cut I feel like a different person. Much appreciated Paige, you got yourself a new regular ;)

Poppy is also really lovely too and did a great job washing and massaging my hair. Super relaxing and super professional salon. Very happy with my hair, and looking forward to my next visit.

Lisa is super experienced, gave a great cut, in a friendly, relaxed salon in the centre of Richmond. So happy I’ve booked to get my colour done in two weeks with Lisa.

Amazing service, lovely atmosphere and fantastic highlights and cut! I felt like Georgia really understood what I was looking for and was able to guide and advise me with her expertise. First visit to this salon and I will definitely be back. The apprentice was also very loved and did a fab hair wash! :) I look forward to returning in a few months.

I have had 2 wash cut and blow dries over the last few months and today i had half head of highlights which is absolutely love ! I’ve never been to a salon like Sheen. The way they treat their clients is nothing short of amazing. No matter how much you are spending you always get the VIP treatment. Before they do anything they always sit down with you to discuss exactly what you want and make suggestions. They’ve never once tried to oversell stuff to me or tell me I “need” a certain product. My hairdresser Georgia is brilliant and her advice is always welcome and I love having a chat with her.

Georgia really IS the queen of colour! Absolutely obsessed with the results of my foilage/balyage. It just works with me and my lifestyle perfectly. Loved my new haircut

Georgia was amaaaazing..!! Oh my god, I love her. She explained everything so well and did what’s best for my hair. The consultation and first meeting was worth the time, she took sample of my hair and experimented with that rather than trying on my hair. I knew exactly how my hair would look like after colour. All products they use are organic and make my hair feel so good.
It’s definitely an experience and I’ll be a regular client. Would definitely recommend..!!

I have had my hair cut and coloured by Lisa 5 or 6 times now and she’s worked with me to create a haircut and colour that’s unique to me. Lisa is highly creative and open to feedback, I really enjoy my haircuts with her.
