I hadn’t had my hair professionally cut since I was 10 so I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival. My experience with Georgia was amazing, she was extremely thorough in explaining the process and possibilities and potential outcomes within the style I wanted. I went in unsure with what I wanted and came out absolutely loving my new hair and will definitely be going back!

I am happy with hair cut although it was a bit different from what I expected. Page was nice gave me good head massage and paid a lot of attention to styling the hair. This type of hair cut was advertised as £20 but charged £25. Although not much difference as a matter if principle, I should have been charge correct amount or difference should have been explained. I felt salon was clean and neets hygiene standards. Since I was there 2 hours it would have been nice to have iffer refreshments ir give me the chance to pick something from next door.

The first visit to a salon in a long time and I was made to feel welcome, safe and very well looked after. Excellent professional, friendly advice and left with a brilliant new style. Will be returning soon!

Georgia is amazing. She listens to you and your hair needs. Advises according to her expertise and baamm you come out looking 5 years younger. She is an amazing hairstylist and also am amazing person!! I recommend 100% to go to her!

Fantastic to be back to the salon for a fabulous cut and colour I feel like a new person ready to socialise again. The strength of a truly high skilled stylist and colourist is how your hair stands the test of time. After 4 months my hair was still manageable and stylish and the colour looking good. It you want fabulous hair I would highly recommend Michelle and the team at Sheen.

I had very pleasant experience whit Georgia today, also the atmosphere in Salon was very nice and relaxing, stuff was ​very friendly. Georgia made my haircut even better than I expected it to be with her professional advice and suggestions... I am very happy with experience and and the end result ❤️

I haven’t felt this good about my hair in years! They did such a good job and gave me the exact hair cut I asked for - they even gave me advice on how to make my hair healthier, explained the process to me, took their time and were overall incredibly pleasant. I definitely recommend visiting this salon as it was a wonderful experience.

As always from the moment you step in the door at Sheen Salon to the moment you leave the experience is awesome. Everyone is so friendly, easy to chat too, great vibes and a great place to feel relaxed. But let’s not forget the fabulous haircut you get too.

Having had a fantastic first visit I was looking forward to my second visit. Perhaps because of the second lockdown and trying to fit in as many people as possible I didn’t leave the salon feeling fantastic. I wasn’t happy with the blow dry nor the fringe. I feel perhaps it was rushed.

A lovely and relaxing hair experience. Georgia is extremely passionate and knowledgable and this is evident in the results of her work. She is precise with her colour ( balayage ) and cut and it is so clear how important it is to her that I ( and all her clients ) leave the salon feeling delighted with our hair with a result that was more than expected. She takes the time to talk through exactly what you want which for me, is so important.
I really recommend Georgia for both cut and colour ?

Georgia lightened my hair and then went red-nothing I would normally got for but Georgia told me what was happening every step of the way. Would highly recommend her for colouring she is one of the best

I could not be happier with my cut and colour. The colour was a rescue job after a bad experience at another salon. Georgia REALLY takes the time to listen and then communicate her plan. She did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

It was my first time here and I had my hair coloured with Michelle. It was a lovely experience. Everyone was lovely and down to earth. They were very willing to share their knowledge and put a lot of thought into finding what I am after. It was my first time bleaching/highlighting my hair and I freaked out a bit halfway. I felt comfortable telling Michelle so she could explain what was happening and calm me down. Ended up very pleased with the result! Thanks guys :)

This was my first visit to Sheen Hairdressing. I had my hair cut by Michelle who is an excellent stylist and I would highly recommend her. I was very happy with the whole experience and I am looking forward to my next visit.

As this was my 1st professional hair app since iwas very young due to a bad experience with my black carribean mixed/curly hair which led to me having it cut very short, I was extremely nervous to come and have anything done..but after a great talk with Georgia who listened and made me feel comfortable which then led to her doing my hair which included a trim, long layers and a blow dry, I left super happy and she will be my hairdresser from now on. The whole team were lovely and its a great vibe when u walk in, professional and friendly and she knows what she's talking about. Definitely would tell other family and friends to go there and I will 100% be back

I came in for a cut and colour with Paige, i had a difficult task however because i had done some diy dye job but Paige and her team were very helpful and told me exactly what my hair needed and the possible ways i could go about it. This was a difficult job and Paige is still an apprentice however with some tips from her manager she was prepared and organised with her plans for my treatment and was clear in explaining these. I felt very safe in Paiges hands and with a tiny bit of supervision. I was very pleased with my colour it’s exactly what i wanted (which is rare) and the cut & blow dry was exactly what i asked for. Paige was very kind and friendly and i can’t wait for my next visit :) x

I came in with a friend who was getting a haircut with Georgia, but I feel like I've learned so much from her about hair care while she was working on my friend. :) I wasn't a paying customer, but she still dedicated time to answer my questions and gave me a consultation about the health of my scalp. I have booked a haircut with her as well, my friend's haircut was fab. :)

Lisa cut my daughter Claudia’s hair on this, our first visit to Sheen Hair. From start to finish, it was a fab experience. Lisa was excellent with Claudia and really spoke to her as the young adult she is, understanding what she was looking for in her haircut. The salon was a relaxing space and set up very well with hand sanitizer and lots of space between chairs to ensure social distancing. Claudia was delighted with her cut and style and left with a bouncy mass of beautiful curls. Thankyou Lisa, we’ll be back!

Excellent! Natalie gave exactly what I wanted and did such an amazing job. A great atmosphere and pure pleasure to be around.

First of all, I’m not sure if my stylist was Michelle or Natalie but she was absolutely lovely & made me feel very at home as being stuck at home for quite a while during lockdown I was a little anxious about coming in! Absolutely lovely salon with lovely hard working ladies, I got bought a voucher for 3 treatments & had my first treatment done yesterday and I am over the moon with it, I can’t wait to come in for my next 2 appointments! Michelle cut my hair and Georgia cut my daughter's hair. It was a refreshingly lovely experience. Very welcoming. Great with kids and great haircuts. I now consider Michelle to be my hairdresser.

I’ve just returned from my second round at Sheen within in a week , after 4 months in lockdown. I was indecisive about the length & style I wanted , however Michelle who has always been so patient with me, worked her magic again today. I decided to go shorter and was so happy with the result . The colour I had last week looks even better ! The
salon has also had a makeover & all the
greenery & plants made me feel so happy and relaxed . It’s a really nice spot to just sit , listen to music & forget your troubles for a while. All round a very positive experience. I can’t wait to go back.

I have been coming to Sheen salon for around 2 years now on the recommendation from a friend. I don’t want to go anywhere else now! Michelle and the team are all very friendly and welcoming and always have time to give advice, have a chat, and discuss hair to great lengths (pun totally intended). In the time I have been coming here, my hair has transformed from being damaged and bleached, into healthy, shiny hair with a natural colour I’m really happy with. I always get compliments on it. Natalie is like a friend to me now and I always look forward to coming here. The new salon transformation is even better than before and reflects the organic and natural hair products they use and sell. If you’re waiting for your next hair cut after the lockdown, give this salon a go- you won’t regret it!

I had been going to the same hairdresser for the past at least 20yrs, but now she is living in France and not able to visit the salon at the moment. And so I decided to try a local salon, having moved to Richmond a couple of years ago. I found Natalie very welcoming - and reassuring! We discussed what sort of style would work and after all these years I have a completely different style which I am very happy with.
