Our clients experience with the salon is very important to us, and I am delighted Daniella has delivered again. I apologise for the lack of OK and Hello magazines in the salon when you were last here and thank you again for letting us know the little detail which sometimes is overlooked is important for you. I am pleased to say we have now addressed this and both magazines are available for clients visits. We look forward to welcoming you again soon and will ensure you have your favourite magazines to read.

I am delighted to hear you were very pleased with your hair service with Alison. Alison is a great asset to our salon as are all our stylists. We are all committed in offering a premier service to all of our clients. We have received some great feedback on the salon atmosphere already in a very short time of the salon new ownership and we look to continue to build on this in the future. I apologise, we were unable to use our normal text reminder which I know our clients depend on. Unknown to ourselves the normal texting system which had been upgraded on takeover had not been set up, and it is from the kind feedback from our clients that we became aware of this. I am also pleased to hear you found the basins much more comfortable this visit. It was only until I sat at one myself that I realised with a little adjustment of the position we could make them far more comfortable.
