I’m really sorry but I don’t know my stylists name, however she was very lovely made me feel very comfortable to the point I virtually slept through my appointment. I hate having my hair cut but she was very good in explaining exactly what I needed and made me feel happy to have it cut. I left feeling extremely relaxed and very happy with my hair. Thanks to sheen hairdressers and my stylist.

Georgia knew exactly what I wanted and cut and styled my hair beautifully.

Independent salon with lots of physical space between clients. Highly experienced stylists - I have Lisa who is superb not only in her styling and colouring techniques but also in her natural ability to make a client feel welcome and relaxed at Sheen.

Michelle runs a fantastic, professional and ethical salon. I highly recommend.

I have only been twice here, but both times I've made an appointment and been left waiting for nearly an hour. I made the appointment time, because it was my lunch break etc, so I can't return really as my experience is they don't stick to any schedule? Last time, I was an hour late going in, and then the lady before me was just trying to pay and was getting upsold everything in the salon. I just thought it was so rude, I'd already been made to wait so long, why are you now trying to do a long drawn out add on process while your next client waits? Really unprofessional. It's happened twice, and I just think the salon is probably not for me as I can't keep having my time wasted.

I had an amazing experience at Sheen. I went in with such problematic hair which I’ve had due to an illness. Michelle was fantastic and knew exactly what I needed and I left feeling so much more confident. She also recommended a home plan which we’ll work on together to get my hair back to how it used to be. Thank you for all your help during this stressful time for me. The salon itself is really clean and has such a calming vibe and can’t wait for my next visit.

I had my hair cut and highlighted by apprentice Poppy and I am very happy with the result. The whole thing was supervised by Michelle who is a brilliant teacher and hairdresser and was always on hand to give advice. I got exactly the cut, colour and blow dry I wanted and received many comliments. Thank you so much Michelle and Poppy for creating the perfect cut and colour.

I would like to start of the fact that the salon looks so clean and so beautiful. I felt like home from the first walk in.
I was treated very professional and I have received amazing help! Michelle has talked me through my condition of my hair and best thing to do, to help my hair. Michelle also explained to me how I should look after my hair, and gave me great tips to keep my curls on point ??
I cannot explain how grateful I was after my appointment. My hair received the best treatment ever and I had an amazing time where I was looked after like a Queen!

A lovely experience, great haircut and head massage.

I feel like a new person with double the amount of hair that I walked in with :) Poppy took her time and did a great job keeping my priority as health and volume in mind throughout the cut and blow-dry. I even got a head massage and Michelle made sure the service was a fantastic and personalised experience. It's my second time in Sheen Hair but I won't go anywhere else. Professional hair stylists look after your needs here. They ask what your goal is and give you personalised advice on practices and how you can achieve your goal. In a few months my hair feels so different so much better like it's not even mine. The fact that they use organic products is a bonus! Thank you for the fantastic service ladies!

Georgia was amazing on following up on my colouring, she gave me good advice on ways I can easily keep the colours without having them fading away quickly.
She then re-done the colours on my hair, which gave my hair a gorgeous and vibrant look again.
I really love going to Sheen Hairdressing, as I am always received and treated kindly. Everyone is wonderful and amazing at doing their jobs, and they also make sure that costumers are comfortable or if they need anything to drink.

Georgia was so lovely and understood exactly what my hair needed and made me feel so comfortable to be in her chair! Michelle gave me some expert colour advice as well and I left feeling confident with how to best treat my hair - loved all the products used and will definitely be returning!

I visited Sheen salon for both a haircut and a few weeks later for highlights. Georgia did a fantastic job on my hair - she was extremely talented and I felt very well taken care of. I will definitely be back for future cuts and color!

It is always a pleasure coming here. Lisa is a great stylist and has also given me the best hair colour I’ve ever had! All the girls are friendly and professional. The salon is clean and relaxing and has the best music playlist! And the fact that the products are so eco friendly is the cherry on the cake. I highly recommend this salon.

Georgia is clearly extremely knowledgable about natural hair health and also a talented stylist. Since my appointment, my hair has looked healthier, shiny and it’s felt thicker and softer. I will be returning and look forward to my hair getting stronger with every visit. The fact the products are environmentally friendly really meet my values and I’m pleased to have discovered the salon.

Visited the salon for the first time and couldn't be more impressed. Lovely atmosphere and I can honestly say it is the best haircut I've ever had. The manager really understands her clients and their hair and took time to check I was 100% happy with my experience and my stylist. Definitely recommend.

I had a lovely hair cut and blow dry today with Paige. My hair looks shiny and healthy as opposed to the thirsty, frizzy hair I walked in the salon with. Thank you for the good vibes and service provided.

Georgia received me warmly and started to give me a follow-up on what was the previous plan about my hair. She treated my hair with delicacy, and gave me a scalpe massage explaining why it was important to help my hair grow.
She applied the necessary products to aid my hair to growth faster and to get in in better condition, with an explanation of why they were being used and what for.
She then went to blow dry and cutting my hair.
At the end she gave me tips so I could keep my hair healthy and how to grow it faster.
I am extremely happy with the final result and the tips Georgia gave me. Thank you so much Georgia.

I was informed of what the process for this was as well as the time needed for this.

Today Paige spent 3 hours with me to get to know more about my hair routine and history to be able to set up a plan on a long term treatment of my hair. She asked me what goal was and she gave me long term advice on how I can get there. This Saloon isn't only interested in taking the most money at once, they understand looking after your hair is a commitment and they've got the experience to back it up. Only professional products are used and I felt like being on a spa day for an incredibly good price. I am very impressed and can't stop touching my hair. Only after one treatment and cut I feel like a different person. Much appreciated Paige, you got yourself a new regular ;)
