Another fabulous visit to Francesco group Cheltenham! Firstly, I received a lovely greeting from reception! Oliwia then did an amazing job of creating exactly what I asked for! She really listened to what I wanted and created the most gorgeous balayage and hair cut! Would definitely recommend to all!

It’s always a treat to have my hair cut and styled by Vicky.
I am always pleased with the result and my hair is easy to look after until my next appointment.
All the Francesco Group staff are very friendly and make clients feel welcome and valued.

Evie was so kind and helpful in helping my decide what look to go for. She always makes me feel comfortable when I go in and always manages to do an amazing job.

Always a great experience and a good cut

Came in for a cut & blow dry and Oliwia understood exactly what I wanted. I don’t have my hair cut very often and sometimes get a bit of anxiety when I do but I felt very relaxed and the head massage is always my favourite bit! Thank you!

Vicky has been styling my hair for years. She's always taken my (sometimes crazy) ideas and turned them into a wonderful cut that suits me. As well as her usual great service and style for me today, she also took the time to help my toddler feel comfortable and confident before trimming his hair into a neat style, which kept some of the length he enjoys.

Aoife has told me that Vicki did her hair because her stylist was ill! This has blown me away! Thank you for caring that it was her prom day and sorting out her appointment without even worrying us. YOU ARE THE BEST!

Excellent cut as usual

Had a great consultation with Evie and really felt listened too. Booked in for the actual colouring and cut etc and again had a lovely appointment. Happy with the service but although I had a gown and plastic cover, my t-shirt was still stained with hair dye. After a couple of weeks I realised my hair was looking a little stripey so contacted Evie and she booked me in and fixed all of my concerns for no extra charge so overall a really great service and now I absolutely love my hair!

Thank you Oliwia for another beautiful haircut. And thank you to the receptionist for being warm welcoming and so helpful. Another great experience!

Went for my usual treatment and blow dry. On arrival a friendly welcome. Just makes you feel relaxed. As always great service. If you love a head massage I would totally recommend. I always leave feeling fab. Great hairdressers. Would recommend highly.

I cannot recommend Francesco group Cheltenham highly enough. It is the loveliest salon ever. The staff are so warm and welcoming and it has such a lovely atmosphere. The client service is impeccable. I am beyond over the moon with my new hair. Oliwia is very talented and takes a lot of care with checking in and updating you throughout the process. The difference between my hair before my appointment and after is unbelievable. The cut and colour is of the highest quality. Sue, Vicky and Evie were also working that day too and were all equally as friendly, warm and thoughtful. What a fantastic team and place!! Thank you all for making my salon experience so amazing.
