Having recently moved to Cheltenham I had been concerned about finding a good hairdresser. I needn't have worried! My first appointment began with Sue (the receptionist) making me feel very welcome, even though I was thirty minutes early for my appointment. Emma, my stylist, was great. She spent time asking me what I wanted and she then took time to explain what technique she would use to achieve this. The entire appointment was great and I was very pleased with my hair at the end of the appointment. I will definitely come back and have already booked a second appointment.

My first visit to Francescos, having bagged a cancellation AND on a Saturday! Warm and welcoming reception courtesy of Sue, who booked me in and provided me with a freshly made cuppa and biccie! Evie greeted me and apologised straight away for slight delay. Lovely girl, who made me feel at ease and helped me decide what I wanted. A lovely haircut and Evie really took on board and delivered what I wanted! Salon space quite small and a little hectic, but nonetheless a very positive experience. I have watched the salon grow from strength to strength since Vicky took over. Her hardwork is a credit to her and she has definitely turned the salon around. Vicky worked her magic again, as she always does. I now live 2 hrs away, but she's worth coming back for, although she's so busy that i have to think well ahead. Any apprentice she takes on will be brilliant with such a teacher!
