Excellent warm and friendly welcome to this Salon. As it was my first visit to a hairdressers in Cheltenham for quite some time, I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed Francescos made me feel. Oliwia was very friendly, informative and thorough and made sure I was happy with her suggestions and how my hair looked. I am very pleased with my new haircut. The hairdresser (Oliwia) was very attentive to my needs and gave me tutorials on everyday styling. The salon itself is nice and cosy, not noisy and overcrowded like many other salons. Price list is really affordable as well!

Evie cut my hair today, she is really sweet and did a really nice cut, my hair/ends feel so much thicker, she explained how she was blowdrying so I could do the same at home too, I've not been to a hairdressers in a long time and felt quite nervous, but she made me feel relaxed. The hair products made my hair smell really nice too :)
