My most favoured Salon of all those I have frequented over the years ...just a really nice and talented bunch of people ... I've just had a wonderful 4.5 hours in the salon ... Crystal Clear facial, lash and brow tint and OPI gel (toe nails )... beautifully done by Eleanor ... just a really lovely, calm and peaceful soul .. always a pleasure to have treatments with her .... and then a restyle and colour with my favourite hair technician ... the talented Vicki .... I love everything that's been achieved today. Thankyou ... see you soon xxx

A wet Monday lunchtime and Serenity was a calm, warm and welcoming oasis! The team are always friendly and the salon is buzzy but relaxed. Always enjoy a head massage and today I had a great haircut from Abi. My favourite salon in the Old Town.

This was a well overdue, last minute appointment. Staff were friendly and relaxed as always.

I have been going to Serenity for over 5 years. I had almost given up finding a salon as good as the one I used when I lived in London when a friend introduced me to Serenity and I've never looked back.
Their hair and beauty services are second to none, customer service is excellent and all in all it's a real find.
I would highly recommend them.

First time I have visited Serenity today. Abbie cut my hair and after a year of not having it cut it now is brilliant. Alison washed my hair and gave me a great head massage. Fantastic service and very friendly team.

Just visited Serenity for the first time. Claire did a full head of highlights and cut/blow dry. Great consultation, listened to exactly what I wanted. Love it.

The staff are always friendly & welcoming and you are looked after from start to finish in a relaxed environment, no matter what you are having done. Drinks offered in abundance and even a plate & cutlery to assist with food if you bring it.
I will never go anywhere else for my hair appointments now I have found Serenity.

It was a great balance of pampering, customer interaction and relaxing time. The Elemis products are a good fit for men too. The therapist was charming, skilled and very professional. 5stars!

Another visit to the best salon in Hastings , everyone is friendly and professional and make you feel very relaxed, I moved to serenity from a salon in Brighton and trust me this place beats Brighton hands down in every way.Finding Claire has been a gods send she's amazing , always on time ,professional,friendly and you get a brilliant haircut what more could you ask for xx

Was in the salon for the first time for a cut and blowfdry. It was an allround pleasant experience - super friendly staff, lovely headmassage with the wash, great haircut, good advice on products. Can highly recommend it.

Lovely relaxing massage, Eleanor was great and pressure was perfect. Only thing I could suggest to improve it would be to ask clients to smell the oils first and take a few deep breaths to aid relaxation. I've done this at other salons and it seems to really help. Please note this is not a criticism just (hopefully) a helpful sugggestion!

I've been a customer at Serenity for the past 5 years or so and constantly come out happy with the service I have received. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I've recommended the salon to friends over the years who have come away equally as happy.

I've been visiting Serenity regularly for about a year now. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very professional yet friendly. There is a wide variety of treatments on offer.
The massage room is particularly welcoming.
My only criticism is that the salon could be a bit warmer. I usually keep my jacket on for that reason.
Otherwise it's my favourite salon ever.

I had a neck, back and shoulder massage and Indian head massage - both were great. The back neck and shoulder massage really focused on my points of tension and unlike lots of massages I have had before was just the right pressure - I had been feeling really tense and felt so much better afterwards. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

Clare my stylist was excellent, really listened to what I wanted done, and did a great job. The Greek lady who washed my hair was also lovely, and gave a great head massage ????

As always I had a fabulous experience. Vicky is a fabulous colourist, who is also brilliant at doing extensions and styling. Would highly recommend.

My immaculate nails were done by Ellinor and highlights and cut by Vicky. I was in the salon for over three hours but it didn't feel like it as everyone was so friendly and chatty. Vicky has changed my hair from red to blonde and it is still in great condition. Highly recommended.

I am always happy with the professional service that I receive at Serenity. I have been using the Salon since it was first opened in St Leonards on Sea and seen it go from strength when as it moved to Hastings Old town with staff that have been with the salon since it first opened and new staff who are just as dedicated. I would like to visit more often but have to think about my budget!!!!!!!

Staff are always welcoming and professional l wish that there was a discount for senior citizens!!!!

Today was my second visit and it was as good as the first one. Therefore I can say that not only does Abbey do a fab cut but she does it consistently. They all seem to be a happy bunch and I'll be back in the new year.

as unpleasant as waxing is, it is always made as enjoyable as possible at serenity. i have been looked after by ellinor twice now and she is so attentive and friendly while still remaining professional and thorough. really lovely, well presented and welcoming salon and staff. would always recommend.
