Michael is a great hair dresser. He is lovely to chat to, puts you at ease and listens to what you want to have done to your hair. The head massage was also amazing. In an ideal world I would have my hair done there every two days but sadly do not have the time to indulge myself that much. Lovely decor and relaxed friendly and peaceful environment. OH and I passed my assessment with distinction with not a hair out of place! Thanks Guys x

Had a facial at this lovely salon. Staff were attentive and helpful and it was one of the best facials I have had in a long time with the added bonus of a shoulder and head massage. Wonderful!

I've been going to this hair dressers for quite a few years now and I cannot fault anything about them. Always asking if I want drinks, always friendly and my hair always looks exactly how I want! I have Vikki and she's lovely, she's a great hair dresser. I would definitely reccomend Serenity.

Had my haircut on Friday with Michael and just like the first time I am very happy....he even took time to try to show me how to blow dry and straighten my hair and how much product to use.....thank you.

She took time to talk through what I wanted and suggested her ideas. Very friendly too.

Absolutely outstanding treatment. I have never visited here before. The staff were very welcoming, very knowledgable regarding the treatments and services they offered. I informed the therapist that I had recently had a knee operation and she combined an anti inflammatory treatment into my massage for my knee for no extra. I have even booked myself a hair appointment for next week based on the service delivered today. Well done guys :)

I also had my eyebrows waxed . I am very happy with the result.
We will definitely visit again, I may even treat myself to a skin treatment before my holiday.

My first time ever in serenity and thanks to Alyson I left one happy customer, my hair is amazing, exactly how I wanted it. She made me feel comfortable within my hours of being there. The price wasn't too much either, good value.

Enjoyed the pampering. Only 'down side' was sharing the small room with pedicures and foot massaging going on at the same time.

Never had a pedicure before & after reading reviews about serenity hair & beauty decided to give them a go. I was booked in with Alison who from the start made me feel welcome & at ease. The pedicure was lovely & I loved the choice of nail colours. By the time I left my feet looked & felt fantastic & with the bright nail polish that I chose, my feet are definitely ready for some warmer weather. Thanks again Alison, your a star & I will be back again. So impressed I've already recommended her to some friends so expect some more bookings Alison.

My first time here...had consultation with Michael on Sat. then on Monday I went from long bleached curly hair to short and spikey with new colour and highlights....all the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable and keep you going with drinks....Michael was brilliant and listened to what I had in mind and delivered beyond my expectations...so glad I've found someone I feel comfortable with...

Lovely salon and Claire (and the lady who washed my hair) are friendly and professional and good at what they do.

Vicky made my hair look lovely. Full head of highlights and cut, looked fantastic. A great salon, well looked after with coffee and cold drinks. Also like the fact the seats at the wash basin have leg rests as my neck can hurt at other salons without having this.

If you are considering going to Serenity Hair and Beauty then do it! I first started going to Vicky back in august/September 2016 and I always leave happy and swishing my hair as I strut through the old town ????
My experience with other salons used in Hastings, I would sometimes leave a salon unhappy and convincing myself my hair will grow out or the colour I visualised would get there in the end! Then a friend recommended Vicky @ Serenity and I have never left disappointed...she listens and creates the look you desire.
I have given 5stars for service, Value,quality,cleaned and atmosphere because we should give credit where credit is due. Go on make that appointment, you won't be disappointed.

On a recommendation I made an appointment with Michael for a complete restyle from long to short. Michael spent ages discussing with me what I didn't want and when I finally decided what I did want advised me of the cut I needed which would suit my hair and face shape. Totally thrilled with the result. The rest of the staff were also warm and friendly and a great head massage given after the shampooing. A steady stream of refreshments kept me hydrated and I left the salon with a great new cut and minus the headache I had entered with. Fantastic experience - I will be back!

I had my hair coloured and a complete change in style today by Micheal, a lovely experience came home very happy and relaxed.

I always love going to Serenity. Everyone is really friendly and Vicky always manages to make my hair look amazing.

Been going to Serenity for about 6 months and never been disappointed,always a first class service,Michael and Claire both do my hair and always very happy with results, and all the staff involved are always very polite and attentive, 5 star service.

Booked myself a 30 minute facial with Eleanor after a stressful weekend. It felt much longer then half an hour and I never wanted it to end. Wonderful therapeutic touch, just what I needed x

Alison got my hair absolutely perfect when she blow dried it today. She had only blow/dried my hair once before in December, and she remembered exactly how I liked it styled.
