Serenity is amazing in its dedication to customer services. Each member of staff is committed to make each visit feel like a treat! And Michael is a magician when hair is concerned!!! Ashleigh managed to make waxing a fun and a treat too!!!?????

Staff are fantastic, friendly and professional

Manicure and gel nails done by Georgina. A very neat job and they look lovely. This is the second time she's done them for me, the first time was also excellent and they lasted really well.

It was nice having a cake with a cup of coffee chatting to another customer and all for Charity. Claire was my hairdresser today and I’m very pleased with what she did. The staff are always very friendly too.

I received a warm welcome staff are friendly and welcoming.
Natalie gave me excellent advise with regard to style/cut and made me feel like I had been going there for years.
No fake chat or awkward moments and hair cut was not rushed.

Vicky always cuts my hair so beautifully, she does an excellent job and knows what suits me. I always come away extremely pleased with the style. She I always friendly and welcoming. I come from Tunbridge Wells so Vicky can cut my hair and I will continue to do so.

As usual professional friendly staff with interest in the client and keeping up to date with their training. Very pleased with my hair today. Unable to give top marks for cleanliness as salon is still getting over the flood and new flooring needs to be laid.

I find having a hair cut a chore but I like Serenity and I particularly like the way Claire cuts my hair. She does a good job, is quick and I enjoy chatting to her.

Michael worked miracles on my hair today. Went into the salon with dry dirty blonde hair and left with a soft natural colour and re style. He is extremely proffesional and has great suggestions. Thanks ?

The chain hairdresser I had used for several years in Hastings closed down about 18 montgs ago .They
inadvertently did me a big
favour. I have been using Serenity ever since and now have a much better
hairdressing salon. My hair
is in better condition than it
has been for years and the
colour and cut are perfect.
The salon seems to be always busy and the atmosphere. Is warm and welcoming.

I would recommend them to anyone.

I had balayage colour and a cut and blow dry with Vicky who blended in my dark roots with the ends perfectly. Everyone was really warm and friendly as always, really love visiting Serenity.

Michael at Serenity, gives good consultations and good advice. They care about your hair.
I had haircut,roots done, baliage, lovely hair wash and massage and blow dry.
All Thanks to haircut by Michael, and all other elements by the wonderful Alison., whom has wonderful precision and a good eye for detail.
Also all the other staff are friendly and attentive, making sure you always have a drink in front of you.

Very impressed with this salon! And with Ashley in particular. I have very very fine frizzy hair and I've always hated going to hair salons and always feel uncomfortable and anxious because of the state of my hair. Totally different experience with serenity, I feel very relaxed and comfortable and Ashley always does exactly what my hair needs. Could not recommend them enough x

Amazing massage and facial just what I needed

So happy to find a place that could cut my curly hair well. Michael completely understood what I was wanting and what worked well for my hair type. I felt confident with him and he gave me an excellent cut. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Serenity to others.

I wanted CLAIRE to look at the hat I'm wearing for my daughter's wedding next week so that she could cut my hair to take the line of the hat into account. As usual, she was knowledgeable, efficient and calm and did a perfect job! I'm very happy with the result.
The young lady who washed my hair also did a wonderful job. Excellent shampoo and lovely head massage!

Came to serenity as recommended by a good friend... and I'm very happy and will be back, I have very long hair and get very worried about getting it cut as i never know how I want it, booked in with Alyson she put me at ease straight away with discussing options before picking up the Scissors.
Being out for the day with my mum too she sat and watched me get the chop so happy with the results she also booked in to have hers done...

I had the crystal clear facial. Excellent results and Eleanor is a wonderful therapist, not at all intrusive during the treatment, allowing you to completely relax. She is also very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend the crystal clear.

I booked an almost last minute haircut on a busy Saturday in the salon. Claire cut my hair after it was washed by Milly(I think), and luckily for me Claire had time to blow dry my hair too. A very friendly salon, I had a chat about changing my hair style and will probably go for it!
