Hi Lianne,
thank you for taking the time to leave us a review for your recent experience at the salon. We are happy to hear that the team made you feel welcome and comfortable when you came in.

We understand that you felt your foils were removed too quickly in the back, due to the application timings of picking out the previously not lifted hair to make you lighter at your root area the back section had already had its full development time. This is why the back was rinsed off and the top left to process for longer.

As was discussed with you prior to the start of your service we would be unable to lift your roots as light as desired, which was shown to you on a test cutting of your hair and we couldn't lift your ends lighter as they were already at the lightest level of blonde. It was explained that toner would be applied at the basin to neutralise out the warmth of your lifted roots and old end colour.
