I have been to this salon for many years now and have never had a bad experience. The stylists are professional and friendly and I have actually become good friends with my regular stylist.
They listen to your needs and give great advice too. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.

Lovely as always. I come here regularly for my facials and I always have such a relaxing and enjoyable time highly recommended.

5*'s as I have only positive things to say. I'm not at all clued up when it comes to hair styles, and I rock in, only ever just on time, without any idea of what I need, I expect, I sound German when trying to explain.
I always walk out feeling a million dollars, and on more than one occasion a complete stranger has stopped and complimented me out the blue, which at 40yrs doesn't happen very often anymore.
Michael is a Genius!!!!

Vicky made a wonderful job of my hair again. I love the colour and she is such an expert at blow drying! Leah gave me a really good head massage whilst shampooing my hair, and I had a lovely file and paint from Alyson. Thank you Serenity for always making me feel truly pampered.

Started off quite badly as Color chosen was markedly different to swatch. Also made to sit around for hours in between waiting for stylist to cut and blower dry everyone else's hair first. My husband was really angry as he Said I had been gone far too long. Eventually manageress finished my hair with minimum of fuss. Really pleased with outcome. Too much waiting around though. Service really top torch although there was a problem today

Vicky stepped in to cut and blow dry my hair on Thursday 17th November as poor Star is currently on sick leave. I must say that I was impressed with the attention and obvious competence of Vicky. She was entirely pleasant and helpful throughout so thank you Vicky I was very pleased with the results.

Vicki cuts and colours my hair and I couldn't recommend her more. She's great! Listens to what I want and gets it perfect every time. All the girls are friendly and I love coming away feeling relaxed and pampered. Lovely salon!

Mum loves to get her hair cut with Michael when she visits me in Hastings. He does a fabulous job and we always joke 'makes her look 10 years younger' . This time she took advantage of a special offer and had her nails filed and painted for just an extra £5. She walked out on top of the world. Thank you so much ..

Very pleased yet again with the results today, I have not been coming here very long probably about 5 times but have always been very happy with the finish and recently have had comments from friends about how nice my hair is looking

Serenity has a lovely spacious massage room which is cosily and mood music playing, all to add to a lovely relaxing massage with Ellinor. As usual we started with a chat about what I needed and she selected a lovely oil for my dry skin (change in seasons playing havoc). Ellinor is nothing short of a magician as she worked hard and unknotted my tense shoulders but gentle on the rest of me as requested. Afterwards I floated off down the High Street and I expect I will sleep very well!

Georgina has given me a fantastic facial. She took time to find out how I thought my skin is and adapted products to suit. She then noticed some tension in my neck and again adapted her focus to suit. I felt as though I'd had a personal experience from a professional. In my view a hard balance to achieve.

I now live in France but prefer to wait until
I return to the UK to get my hair coloured & cut, Serenity have looked after me & my hair impeccably for many years - today was no exception, the only change to that was the
lovely freshly painted shop exterior, which looked

I feel completely transformed!! I've had the same old hair style for years. Just wash it and leave it. Vicky gave me a beautiful colour with copper lights and a blow dry. What a difference!! I was very nervous getting my hair cut as have elilpsy so heat and to much pulling makes mr get migraines amd last person ehp cut my hair never listened to me. So year down the line so a fb page for sernity so thought il try again. Well greeted with a smile and offerd coffee. Then Claire came over introduced her self . she went moved her chair so my wheel chair could fit. Spent ages discussing my needs and making me fell not just a disabled person but a person with fellings. Made sure water was not to hot or i was uncomfortable. My hair looked amaxing when Claire finished even booked to get a colour done which ladt one was ten yeats ago.Even said pop in getawash blow dry helps make ufell better. 10000 per cent recommend this hair salon

Having trained as a hairdresser myself, I am very particular, I first went to Serenity in 2011, after relocating to Bexhill, I was fortunate to meet Vicky, until I relocated to Cyprus in 2013, although I used to visit Tony and Guy in Larnaca, I admit it was not as good as Serenity and Vicky.
Upon returning to Bexhill in February 2015 I immediately re visited Vicky at Serenity and having done so ever since every couple of weeks.
I cannot speak highly enough of Vicky and her great team, you are always met with a smile, and a coffee, the service at Serenity is simple first class, at times when I have been unable to place a parking ticket on my vehicle for more than 2 hours a team member does not hesitate to locate car and place a further ticket in vehicle for me.

I can not praise Vicky and her colleagues enough at serenity . yesterday my daughter went for a haircut and my daughter wanted something different . Vicky took her time to talk it through with my her and the results were fantastic . my whole family goes yo vicky for their. Haircuts and I also have my hair coloured. Vicky is the master of colour !

I've been using the salon for about 4 years, and Star does a great job. Fabulous styling, friendly, listens, and I trust her implicitly with my hair. All the staff are friendly and I always feel well cared for. The extra touches (head massage and lots of offers of hot drink), and bonus freebie when I introduced a friend are lovely. I like that they also have offers, so I can try other treatments if I fancy.
