I am reallllllly fussy with my hairdresser's & since moving to Hastings 8.yrs ago I'd struggled to find one I was happy with-But about 2.yrs ago I started coming to Serenity & Vicky has been my stylist. She immediately made me feel comfortable & really listened to what I wanted-I had decided to grow out my colour after 20+ years of colouring & embrace my natural silver self (at 40) others salon stylists had discouraged me-telling me I was to young-encouraging highlights etc etc-But Vicky was totally supportive in what I wanted to achieve from the very first consultation-& gave me wonderful cuts which made the whole growing out period so much easier! She is fab. Plus girls who have washed my hair have all been lovely-creating relaxed atmosphere! It is a little pricier than some salons-but so worth it!

It was lovely to come to the salon for some pampering time for myself. This time of year is miserable, so coming to Serenity and having Alison do nice things to my feet is fabulous! Thanks, I’ll be back!

Abbie done my hair and she done a great job I also had Vicky who finnished my hair off with a blow dry and it was excellent the girls in there are really lovely and welcoming it's the first time i have been to this salon and I will definitely be going back!

First impressions the spa is clean and the staff are friendly.
Prices seem similar to those of a London spa so I expected a similar service. But I didn't get it. I went in for a nail gel removal . My technition seem to be distracted/ in a hurry as she didn't wait long enough for the acetone to work. Consequently she ended up scraping/hacking a lot of my nail off with the still hard gel. This was my fist nail gel removal and didn't know what to expect. If it were to happen again, I would insist that she stop and wait for the acetone to work. But I didn't know any different and I trusted she knew what she was doing.
As a result I've been left with severely weakened nails that keep breaking.

I have been visiting this salon for a long time now and keep returning as I love the people and the quality of the service. Although the colour and haircut comes to quite a lot price wise, it is a normal price to pay for this kind of thing. Would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you again ?
