Had my hair done by Ashley, Ashley done a Fantastic job I'm so happy with the end result, I told her that she is the best hairdresser I've ever had!! I won't use anyone else she deserves a medal Ashley is a credit to the company!!

I had my third visit today (first two with Vikki and today with Abbie) and every time I’ve left happy! Everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming! I am a person with autism and quite bad anxiety and I’ve never felt judged or under pressure with Serenity! Definitely worth every visit! :)

Today was my third visit to Michael. He knows a lot about hair but also how to listen to the client. Happy with both colour and cut and expect I will become a regular! Would recommend.

I have been coming here since I moved to Hastings. Always great service and attention to detail.

Ash is a great hairdresser and am never disappointed. Also had a lovely shampoo and head massage from Millie.

Just what I wanted. Fantastic colour and cut. My stylist listened to everything I asked for and advised me of the best way to get the look that I wanted. 10 out of 10. Lovely atmosphere and good coffee.

Alison is a pleasure to have as my hairdresser. Always professional and passionate about her work. A real asset to Serenity

Love coming to Serenity. The salon has a very relaxing atmosphere and the stuff is knowledgable, courteous and professional in their approach.
In the winter it is a bit cold in the manicure area but other than that, it’s perfect.

Today’s visit was for hair and nails. Salon looks great since the makeover and new installation of all the products. It’s hard to walk out not buying everything that Ash puts on my hair as it always smells amazing!
Had a gel manicure after with a French polish and now feel pampered after a great morning. Great salon and great staff!
Even better knowing my next cut is now free as have collected enough stamps! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now and have recommended many of my friends

Just had my hair cut by the amazing Vicky and feel fabulous as always when I've been to serenity. They always make you feel like you're a special friend visiting. I just love this place!

The staff were brilliant at sorting out exactly what I asked for. I had my 6 month old baby with me so needed to be in and out swiftly to ensure a stress free visit! Managed to fit in a bikini wax and haircut during naptime...hooray! Everyone was lovely and very accomodating of buggy - I'm very happy with the results.

This is the best hairdressers I've been to in Sussex. They are always friendly and relaxed and do a jolly fab haircut.

As usual, everyone was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
The shop was warm and cozy and all in all, it was a good "hair cut experience ".

Lovely first experience at this salon. Pelasant staff that take your coat and offer you a beverage upon arrival. Knowledgeable staff when asked questions and tips. Outcome was great- love my new hairstyle :D
The only thing i can say is that i nhad to wait for 20ish minutes after my appointment time (i guess appointments overrun) but not complaining considering I booked just the day before.

I don’t usually bother reviewing but today I was in need of a really good cut and colour and as ever Vicki produced exactly what I wanted. Going to mtake as her so much while she is off but wish her all the best with the new baby xx

Tbh I don’t really feel like my hair has been cut - the girl seemed quite nervous cutting it and literrally barely took a milimetre off. Sorry don’t mean to complain but wish I had waited to see Clare or aby
The price I have just paid was not worthy of the haircut but I did not want to make a scene

Had wonderful service as always. I’m disabled and find it so easy and accommodating. They go out of there way to make u feel special. Always feel wonderful when I leave. A little bit of paradise.

From start to finish, I always enjoy having my hair done with Ashleigh. She is very professional, as is everyone at Serenity. Ashleigh has lots of suggestions and advice for any questions I may have for my hair and aftercare. I have been going for years and I will continue to do so for many more to come.

I have been coming here for a while although not as often as I should.
The staff are friendly and do a fantastic job, from the team member that washed my hair and gave a fabulous head massage to the wonderful Claire who restyled my hair which now looks and feels fabulous.
I promise that it will not be as long next time.

THE most relaxing, thorough, professional facial and neck massage I have ever had. Was truly amazing and I cannot recommend more highly. I have had these treatments in some pretty “flagship” venues and locations, but this was the best by a long way! 7 hours on and I still can’t get over how good it was! Absolutely perfect. Thank you!
