My hairdresser Claire is a genius. She styles me into a beautiful woman every time I see her and that’s not easy. She takes time to discuss what I want. Advises me about treatments. I walk out looking and feeling a million dollars. Thank you Claire.

Amazing service

Popped in to get my fringe trimmed which they always do for free. My hair is thinning and I asked them if they had any sugggestions. Ashleigh recommended a product which has already made my hair look fuller. Claire came over to have a chat and ask me how I was. Such a lovely friendly salon where you can feel relaxed and trust those looking after you. Wonderful place.

My first time in Serenity and it was a great, relaxing experience. All staff were attentive. Clare listened to what I wanted and delivered the goods!

My hairdresser Vicky always gives me such a fantastic cut and knows exactly how much length to take off and how to style each time.

A lovely little gem of a place in Old Town, Hastings and it’s always busy, so recommend that you book an appointment. Had a fabulous haircut by Abi and she took every care with the style of cut. My only negative would be that having asked the cost when making the appointment, the receptionist said it would depend on length and thickness. I asked if they could let me know prior to cutting, I would be grateful. This didn’t happen and I was quite shocked at the increase. On questioning, the girl explained it was because my hair was long and thick and she hadn’t been made aware of notifying me prior to starting even though they also state they will keep you informed upon cost in their sales information leaflet! I also wasn’t explained just exactly what proportion of the increase was length and what was for hair texture, just that it was extra.
I would go back despite this small lack of information being given as they were so good but do be aware of the unexpected rise in price at the end.

Friendly and excellent salon which I have been visiting for a number of years. Recommend Michael as stylist and Nadia / Alison do a wonderful wash and keep the drinks flowing. Thank you!

I highly recommend Serenity for a wonderfully calm and friendly atmosphere, extremely professional service, and for highly trained staff. I had my hair cut yesterday and I love it! Ashley, the stylist, was careful to really listen to what I wanted and advise me on how to achieve the same effect at home.
I can not fault them at all!

I like Serenity, which is a super friendly salon, and I think Michael cuts hair brilliantly. His manner is quite direct - but any bluntness is more than made up by his sharp scissors. I like him because he’s not afraid to cut my hair really short if that’s what I ask for. My hair is not easy to cut, but he always does it so it holds the style for months.

Very happy with my hair and friendliness of salon. Like new decor. Very happy with Claire, chatty and friendly. Lovely head massage.

Michael coloured my hair and it looks like the sunset! So golden & beautiful- he is a real talent! I like his chitter chatter too! He doesn't ask boring hair dresser question like " So how's your week been?"- he tells me about his home remedies, like his recipe of boiled coke and ginger. He also fills me in with Salon gossip, and told me Abbey's just come back from 3 weeks in rehab - she's addicted to energy drinks and crisps. Great Salon and Fabulous Team ( Nadias hair washing leaves me delirious and Leah is a wiz with hair extension crisis.

Really impressed. Very happy with cut and styling. Vicky spent time listening to what I wanted. Was also happy with my appointments Claire previously. Enjoyed the head massage.

Michael and his staff are awesome!!! Their colour, cut and hair extension skills are first class and they make me feel even more fabulous than i already am.

Have just gone back for the second time. Michael gave me such good advice for my type of hair. It is very fine but curly and have so much of it. I now have it cut in a way that suits my hair and me rather than having styles that thin it out. Nice and low maintenance but fantastic shape and very stylish. A very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I have a round trip of nearly 45 miles to get there but totally worth it.

Michael really helped in deciding what to do with my hair and was patient even though it was busy and I wasn't very decisive initially! I wanted a fairly drastic cut and he was very honest in his opinion of how this might look. He made suggestions and let me think about whether I was happy with them. Half of my hair is gone and the cut is still drastic but more suited to me. I LOVE my new hair. Thank you ?

Been here a few times and have always gotten a great haircut. Abbie usually cuts my hair and she is always professional and makes sure she always gets your input whilst she’s cutting your hair. All the other staff are very friendly. Price wise is good- I never spend more tha. £30-35 and that’s for a wash, cut and blow dry, and the salon feels clean and comfortable.

Manicure and gel nails done by Georgina. A very neat job and they look lovely. This is the second time she's done them for me, the first time was also excellent and they lasted really well.

It was nice having a cake with a cup of coffee chatting to another customer and all for Charity. Claire was my hairdresser today and I’m very pleased with what she did. The staff are always very friendly too.

Vicky always cuts my hair so beautifully, she does an excellent job and knows what suits me. I always come away extremely pleased with the style. She I always friendly and welcoming. I come from Tunbridge Wells so Vicky can cut my hair and I will continue to do so.
