Came in after 5pm
Today paid for sun tanning machine told there was a massage come back after 6. Did so at 6.30 and was told no there is a spray tan till 7 so I could not go. If that is the case when I work and Thursday and Saturday are the only days I can go is have appointment for sun tanning machine as well. It is not fair to keep coming back and forward

Had a great morning here, wonderful staff, very effective treatments, booked to come again next month.

From entering the salon everyone was very friendly. But the shining star is Leo I waffled on about wanting a totally new style and he just got it ...spot on and I am very pleased with my new look. He also worked under a time pressure I had to stick to which is a 1st for me to experience that in a hairdressers . I highly recommend Leo for his artistic ability and fun sense of humour. Fab xxx

I moved from London to Hastings in December last year. Tried a hairdresser near where l live, omg it was horrid, was cut all wrong.
Was visiting a Spa in Hastings and a lady told me to visit Serenity Hair & Beauty as she has her hair done by Michael there, which is in old town. Took my friend and l a while to find it, l would not give up looking.
Cut the long story short, Michael knew l was nervous he talked to me about the change of colour and the cut of my hair, l agreed and we went for it. WOW l love my hair now, awesome job you done Michael, thank you so much. I will always have my hair done by Michael, l can now hold my head up when out and about instead of looking downwards. l'm one happy bunny. 4th May had my hair done again by Michael, brilliant.

Alison took such professional care and attention of my nails (which were more than in need of some serious tlc!).

Having my hair cut and dried at this salon is a very pleasant experience all the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. You will not be disappointed if you choose this salon.

Lovely salon and my hair was cut by Ashleigh who was very friendly and technically gave me a good hair cut. However the style does not suit my hair at all. I had asked for a low maintenance cut that worked with my hair type and this style does not sit well naturally and needs a lot of styling and product.

I have had haircuts, manicures, waxing and massage treatments here. The team have always been very welcoming and professional. I feel very well looked after whenever I visit. The coffee is lovely and the rooms are all kept clean and fresh. The prices are higher than other hair & beauty places locally, however I am happy to pay more as I feel I get value for money.

Spent the whole day here today, having hair and beauty treatments. I had a wonderful time, including a wonderful facial, massage and hair appointment. This salon is exceptional in its service and product. The place is well located, beautifully presented and the staff are warm and friendly. I have been a client for almost ten years and would not go anywhere else in hastings for hair or beauty. Highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area, you will not be disappointed!

Had a fabulous pedi with Ellinor. Lovely relaxing salon with great facilities. The massage chair was excellent and Ellinor did a fantastic treatment on my trotters. I'm now sandal-ready!

I hadn’t booked but was made time for. I was well looked after, didn’t feel rushed - very happy with my spring toes and nails! And I didn’t realise 20% discount in April!!!

Zach is 6....... doesn’t sit still for long - the girls looked after him and he got an amazing haircut he was so pleased and can’t atop looking at himself in the mirror

Michael gave me the best hair consultation I have ever had today. He had excellent ideas, And gave options as well as advice. I am really looking forward to my new blonde look! I also had a lovely massage. The treatment room feels completely private and you can t hear any noise from the hair salon. My massage therapist, Georgina was friendly and thoughtful. Her excellent technique left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Serenity and
