Abbie done my hair and she done a great job I also had Vicky who finnished my hair off with a blow dry and it was excellent the girls in there are really lovely and welcoming it's the first time i have been to this salon and I will definitely be going back!

I found treatment very relaxing and georgina ensured I felt comfort on the message bed. Very calming atmosphere.

I always enjoy spending time at Serenity as I get a great welcome from the staff and the atmosphere and service is fantastic.

First impressions the spa is clean and the staff are friendly.
Prices seem similar to those of a London spa so I expected a similar service. But I didn't get it. I went in for a nail gel removal . My technition seem to be distracted/ in a hurry as she didn't wait long enough for the acetone to work. Consequently she ended up scraping/hacking a lot of my nail off with the still hard gel. This was my fist nail gel removal and didn't know what to expect. If it were to happen again, I would insist that she stop and wait for the acetone to work. But I didn't know any different and I trusted she knew what she was doing.
As a result I've been left with severely weakened nails that keep breaking.

I have been visiting this salon for a long time now and keep returning as I love the people and the quality of the service. Although the colour and haircut comes to quite a lot price wise, it is a normal price to pay for this kind of thing. Would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you again ?

I regularly go to the salon for a haircut or a colour. Everyone is always polite and friendly. My stylist Clare is always attentive and always does a great job.

Lovely experience this morning with Ellinor thank you so much. I find it hard to trust other people near my eyes due to a eyesight disability but Ellinor is friendly, gentle and caring.

Can not fault the service, whether it be hair, facial or massage. They always make you feel wrkcome.!

Vicky completed re-coloured and restyled my hair from long NI out of condition grey to a stunning shoulder length blonde bob. The whole process was such fun and she gave me lots of maintenance tips along the way. She was also training Leah by telling her what she was doing. Leah gave me a lovely, relaxing hair wash. Brilliant from beginning to end ...

Ashleigh always cuts my hair beautifully. On Saturday I had a hair appointment with her. This time I wanted a fringe cut in, which she did really well. She always listens to what I want to have done & gives great advice.
