I have had microdermabrasion before with good results at Serenity and it was explained that the resurfacing facial would have similar effects. Elliot is so lovely, explained how it works, reassuring as this was new to me. She is gentle and her personality puts you at ease immediately and I felt completely relaxed during my experience. The results are immediate and lasting. Had 2 sessions thus far and look forward to more. The trip down to Serenity(Hastings) from Ashford is worth it as all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

After having an 11 min haircut with no style in Ashford recently, I returned to my favourite salon and had the best experience with Lia. She gave me great advice, I felt reassured that the cut I had could be improved upon and she took great care with me. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am truly grateful for Lia's expertise. The service was first class! I had my hair done for my son's wedding Alyson was lovely & when I told her about not been able to have my nails done she offered to do them for me they were perfect I couldn't fault anything about the salon & would definitely come again the next time we visit our son as we live in the Midlands would highly recommend your salon .

I have had to cut my hair short due to it falling out as a side effect of medication. There were tears, there were smiles and I'm genuinely amazed at first of all how amazing my hair looks and secondly the incredible kindness shown to me by Anita (I think that was her name?) she washed my hair and I started to cry and she moved me to the back of the salon so I could be away from others, she cut it beautifully and was so genuinely understanding that she now feels like a friend. Thank you so much, I couldn't have asked for more.

I Come into the salon and have a facial with Elleanor all I can say is what an amazing experience I had , very relaxed and comfortable my skin was gleaming after words , Elleanor was very professional and knew what she was doing and also very helpful when I was asking questions plus making sure my skin care at home was correct and very helpful with recommendations will definitely be coming back to see her on a regular basis

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted.i have been having them done by Georgia for nearly 18 months now.i am always happy with them and I get lots if compliments.a friend even went to serenity on my recommendation.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming also the atmosphere was very nice and warm.

The Serenity team always make me feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble they are all so professional and accommodating after 7 years of salon treatments at Serenity for myself and my daughter we wouldn’t go anywhere else it’s always a special treat the atmosphere is always friendly and they all work so hard to make everything so seamless and friendly even when they are busy all day with clients back to back they never show the strain they are amazing and great value x
