I decided to treat myself to a pamper at Serenity after seeing an offer they had posted on their Facebook page. The Indian Head massage was amazing, it was so relaxing and the oil smelt lovely. The gel file & paint was done to perfection with a great range of colours to choose from. I then had a lovely wash & blowdry which came with a complimentary treatment which made my hair feel so soft and shiny. I can not fault the service, experience or atmosphere. Everything felt comfortable, safe, hygienic and totally relaxed. Thank you to all the team at Serenity!

Having recently moved to Hastings I was faced with the daunting task of finding a new hairdresser.

I chose Serenity based on the positive reviews they had and was not disappointed at all.
Ashleigh listened to me and gave me some great advice and tips. I have fine hair which I am trying to grow a bit longer. Rather than chopping lots of the ends as usually happens Ashleigh trimmed my ends and advised a further bigger cut in a few months when there is more length. I had a volumising treatment also and Ashleigh gave me advice on products to boost my fine hair.

I really felt it was good value for money and I will be returning for my next cut before Christmas.

Following my cut I was fitted in for gel polish removal and a nail treatment with Imogen. Unfortunately the gel I had applied elsewhere would not come off easily despite Imogen’s efforts and so I was not charged for it. Imogen explained why this could be and gave me some advice on what I should do.

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service I received at Serenity and look forward to returning.

Treated my mum to get her hair done for her birthday! She loved the treatment and the service! Would highly recommend.

I was really worried about going to the hairdressers as I was having quite a change and my hair was in a state! But Abbie was so friendly and reassuring, answering all of my questions & helping me decide on a style. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cut is beautiful and I’m so glad I did it now! Gracie was also lovely & gave me some good tips on aftercare. Really appreciated it all, thank you so much!

Abbie did a brilliant job, taking her time to explain how she was going to achieve the cut I wanted. She really knows what she’s doing. I have quite difficult, thick hair and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. She’s also very delicate which is a huge thing for me because I hate when my hair gets pulled when being brushed or cut. Highly recommend the salon and Abbie! The salon is clean and organized and the employees are professional and friendly.

Really enjoyable experience, so calming I fell asleep. As always Abby gave me the cut and blow dry that I wanted.

After 6 months, my hair was in desperate need of colouring and styling - Abbie worked magic and Hannah gave me a luxurious hair wash.

After hiding under a hat for 3 months after home bleaching my hair and badly damaging it, I had several treatments at Serenity to repair it and Ashleigh has completely transformed it, can't thank her enough, love it so much!?

Lovely visit to Serenity today, I hadn’t been for a couple of years and my hair was in need of some TLC. Lia was very good at understanding my needs and did a fantastic job at giving my hair a new lease of life. Social distancing measures were always strictly followed and Lia was friendly yet professional. She did a brilliant job.

First time in a salon and had the best experience and the best colour turn out :)

Eleanor did my eyebrows beautifully and Lia cut and coloured my hair expertly. I am now feeling like a new woman thanks to them and all the team at Serenity.

Mark is a really experienced hairdresser who listens to what you want - and also allows time to discuss alternatives! Would recommend.

Had the most amazing facial today, Ellinor knows everything about the products she uses and is skilled at her job, the salon has impressively remodeled the space to ensure everyone is protected from risk of covid. 5 stars for the salon and 5 stars plus for Ellinor, I definitely recommend her.

I thought Abbie gave me excellent service: a highly professional haircut and she was very pleasant and, even better, not overly chatty as some can be. I was also delighted that there was no invasively loud music.

Lia worked wonders on my very thick and curly hair. She evened out the mess I made myself over lockdown!

Abbie was very helpful in getting the best balance with my colour, trying something new. She patiently explained my options. She then did a really good job on my highlights which are not the easiest as my hair is very long. I didn't feel she was cutting any corners and it looks really natural now so I'm really pleased. She also trimmed off exactly how much she said she would, so she won my trust with that! My usual stylist has left so I was a bit nervous about someone different but I was totally happy with Abbie and will definitely ask for her again. I thought she was very skilful.

I hadn’t had my roots done or haircut since December due to lockdown, so was delighted to get an appointment at Serenity. As a new client I had to attend a consultation and patch test which was quick and easy. Upon attending my appointment, I was asked to sanitise and wear a mask. The salon was equipped with sanitiser throughout, and social distancing measures were in place. Mark was lovely and friendly and chatty throughout, and he has totally transformed my hair from dull and lifeless to blonde, bouncy and full of life. I can’t fault my experience at Serenity at all, it was very serene and I’ll be back soon!
