After a world-class cut and colour from Mark I am now back in a regular blow-dry regime and SO happy about it! I am normally a client at John Frieda (of 25 years) and I honestly won’t be bothering to go to London for hair again. Go, Serenity!

This may sound weird but I really missed Ellinor. I did try to keep up with the waxing during lockdown and even let my husband have a go. Bad move. New way of working is a must for the safety of customers and staff. We'll done all of you. See you in 4 weeks ? x

As always, I love visiting Serenity. It's smart, clean, friendly and calm. This was my first visit since before lockdown and as has always been the case, I left loving my hairdo by Abbie and feeling calm and reassured by the safety measures that had been put in place.

Excellent service as always, so pleased to say goodbye to 'lockdown hair'. Good to see the precautions in place to keep the clients and the hardworking team safe.

So nice to be back and well done to all the team for the way they have it all set up to cope with the situation yet still give excellent service.

I had seven months of roots to blend in thanks to lockdown and Abbie matched it perfectly. She talked through different options and kept checking I was happy. The salon was spotless as always and I had been given lots of information about what to expect include wearing a mask. It felt very safe and the staff are as lovely as always.

Another fantastic cut and colour by the lovely Ashleigh. I have been going here for 7 years and never had a bad experience. It’s all really well managed and I felt totally comfortable. Very happy indeed!! Well done team.

This was my first visit since lockdown and boy was it good to see Abbie. To be honest, the cut I had just before everything closed was so good that my hair looked great until a couple of weeks ago.
The atmosphere and attention to detail were spot on ( although I did miss the usual bustle and hustle of the busy salon.

Wow! Spent this morning at the salon with Lia. She has done the most amazing Balayage treatment on my hair, it is exactly what I was hoping for. She talked me through each stage of the colour and she made me feel safe in the current covid situation. I’m not a massive chatter and there was no pressure to have a conversation, Lia makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed!

Just had my hair coloured and cut and blow dry by the amazing Mark. I can’t recommend him enough this was the first time Mark has done my hair and it definitely won’t be the last ! From start to finish Mark listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me to choose a colour that would go with my natural colour and highlights. All through each process Mark checked if I was okay and if I had everything I needed. My daughter just commented my hair is the best colour and style that I have had , so thankyou Mark and team will definitely be returning.

As a new client I was please to get an appointment not long after they opened on 14th July. On arrival everything was very well organised, professional and welcoming. As a retail assistant all through Lockdown I've become a social distancing pro and I can't fault anything. As informed on the phone when making an appointment I recieved a bag of PPE on arrival which I happily donned and sat a suitable distance away from other clients. The salon had everything you would expect, screens, handgel, masks, and colleagues were constantly cleaning between and after clients. I explained what I wanted and Lia did exactly that. The hair wash and complimentary scalp massage was heavenly, thank you. Lia also somehow managed to blow dry my unruly fluffy hair into a very tame bouncy style which has proven to be more difficult for other salons. I was given advice on a suitable tint to return my hair to its natural colour minus the grey and received a patch test. I made an appointment for the Sunday and returned. This visit was the same in set up and I was pleased with my resultant colour and blowdry by Lia once again.
I would not hesitate to return or recommend this salon to others. Was a little more expensive than my previous salon but that would be more only reason to mark 4 out of 5 stars.

I just want to say how impressed I've been with the way Serenity has handled the situation in the last few months. Really professional and caring.

So pleased as always with my colour and cut. Vicky never fails to amaze me with her talents and always makes sure we talk through colours,styles etc. I felt safe at all times, no concerns with hygiene, care or sanitising etc. I was in a little section away from others and still maintaining social distancing as well as me wearing my mask throughout and vicky wearing her face shield. Excellent service care as always. So missed you lovely people at Serenity and for making me feel human again and welcoming me back.

I had my hair done today by Claire, the first time since February due to the lockdown. Thank you Claire my hair feels lovely. No more grey! I'm so happy it was great being back in the salon. See you again in 4 weeks! X

WOW WOW WOW... now that was something worth waiting for!

Upon arrival I loved the fact you were given your own individual PPE Goody bag which consisted of a mask you were asked to wear at all times within the salon before even stepping foot in the door

As per usual Lia was absolutely amazing and took me through what we were doing and really listened to what I wanted.

After lia working her magic on my hair which hasn’t been touched in over 7 months. Wow.. the final result is amazing! I could not be happier I love my hair so much and have already booked in for next time?

Lia did an excellent root colour touch up, and it looked and felt so good afterwards :) I have been very careful regarding safety with Covid, and this was my first time in a more general social environment. I felt very comfortable with the procedures set in place...and Lia had no trouble at all adding a mask protection to her visor (optional) :) Thanks Serenity!!!

Attentive, yet in line with social distancing, my first hair appointment after lockdown with Michael went just as well as usual!

It was great to get my haircut by Lia again after 6 months. The changes they've made meant I felt safe going into the salon. I was given a mask and biodegradable gown (extra brownie points) as soon as I walked through the door. There was plenty of space and a really relaxed atmosphere. Lia worked her usual magic and the cut and dry was perfect. Well done Serenity you've done a fantastic job adjusting to the guidelines and it feels like you've gone above and beyond.

Great to be able to be back at the Salon, Serenity are doing a great job under the circumstances. So happy that they’re back.
