It was so nice to be back seeing serenity staff especially Vicky who always takes time and patience with me on deciding on my hair. I had a fabulous head massage from the lovely Gracie and I love my hair cut from Vicky. Can’t wait to book again.

Excellent service, Abbie is an excellent precision cutter, stylist & colourist. Excellent service from juniors et al, fab head massage, everyone lovely, friendly & warm. I feel thorough pampered & so pleased with my hair, well done to all.

As always a beautiful cut making it easy for me to manage.

Abbie is always professional and thoughtful in her advice as to the best style and cut for my hair. I like the lie down chairs for hair washing as l have a bad back and it makes it easier for me. I have forgotten the name of the young lady that washed my hair however she washed it well and gave me a relaxing head massage.

Felt comfortable and safe while getting haircut and blow dried. All staff worn PPE which was excellent during this on going pandemic.

Vicky usually does my hair but it’s not always possible to get an appointment with her so Abbie has cut and coloured my hair regularly and it always looks just as amazing as it does when Vicky does it. The salon was spotless as usual and I always feel at home there.

Ashleigh is always so attentive and makes my hair look and feel great! So happy with my hair style :)

I always like getting my hair cut with Ashleigh; she is really friendly, kind and takes time to discuss how I would like my hair cut/styled and make sure I’m happy with it. I’m always pleased with the finished result and it’s a lovely pampering experience coming to serenity. I have felt safe coming into the salon in the current climate knowing all the steps you are taking to increase safety and hygiene levels. I particularly liked that you are using biodegradable disposable products eg towels and gowns, to reduce the impact on the environment. Many thanks for a brilliant experience!

Vicky was great she put me at ease with deciding the colours to do my hair, she was very friendly & I was very happy with my highlights.
