Serenity Hair and Beauty Rooms is situated in the heart of Hastings Old Town.

We are an award-winning L'Oréal flagship salon with a team of friendly, attentive professionals trained in hairdressing and a range of beauty treatments.

We stock the luxury skincare brand Elemis, so why not come and indulge with a treatment in our spa room in this sea-side town?

We pride ourselves on high levels of customer service and have won many awards, including "salon of the year" three times. The Serenity team are looking forward to helping you achieve all your hair and beauty requirements.

I had a full head of highlights and cut. I had long lockdown roots and frizzy ends, Abbie matched the colour perfectly and cut it exactly as I wanted it. Everyone was so friendly despite all the restrictions they work with.

So, I am allergic to hairdressers! I mean I find it very traumatic to go to a salon and sit through having my hair done, but I really love going to serenity and having Abbey do my hair. I feel relaxed and at ease and not at all intimidating. I wouldn't go anywhere else, thanks to the lovely Abbey.

Just got home after my first Serenity appointment since the lifting of restrictions, and had the best few hours of my recent life! The salon and treatment rooms are beautiful and spotless as ever, the welcome is warm and kind whilst managing to adhere to all rules and instilling complete confidence regarding Covid security - this is an almost impossible task that Serenity seem to execute with ease, and have some with every twist and turn of the last year. My treatments were wonderful and Imogen is excellent, as are the whole team, who can’t do enough to make customers welcome. I loved being back and can’t wait for my next visit.

Very pleased to be fitted in so quickly when 4 of my gel nails simply peeled off after my manicure on Wednesday. Although pleased with the new ones I did say at the time I felt the colour was different. It was checked but it is quite clearly a slightly different shade - even my husband noticed! It is subtle so I am perfectly happy to live with it but a little disappointed. Better luck next time I have them done. Thank you for your prompt attention.
