I have been a client of Serenity since it first started up in St Leonards on Sea. The staff and service has always been interested in providing the best of hairdressing. Abbie takes the time to make sure l am happy with my cut and colour and has an excellent understanding of different processes. Gracie washed my hair this time and gave a relaxing head massage. I am pleased that there is now a loyalty card!!!!

I tried out the new beauty therapist last week and I can honestly say I experienced the best massage I've ever had. Kim listened to where my back was hurting, asked so many questions and then got to work. She has worked miracles and I couldn't be happier. I have spent/wasted so much money on other therapies to treat my muscle pain when all I had to do was book in with Kim! I will DEFINITELY be back and I live 35 miles away but will make the journey just to see Kim again. Thank you so much, I'm pain free for the first time in months.

It's not only that I feel confident of finding first-rate hairstyling in a beautiful place, but also that all the staff are so kind and calm and nice to be with. Michael could be living in Hollywood, working with movie stars, and yet he is here is Hastings, styling and saving the limp lank lockdown locks of someone like me. Ellinor has a lovely welcoming nature and puts customers immediately at ease. She is highly professional and experienced in all that she does . She creates a magical experience.
Her full body massages are wonderful, you really feel that she knows where the knots and tension are and unlocks them ..the continuity of her flow of movements is so streamline .. that it leaves you feeling totally calm and relaxed after..
I have been coming to her for a number of years and will continue to recommend her to friends and family too.

Due to Covid it’s been over a year since I’ve been Serenity. It was so nice to go back. I’ve just had an excellent haircut; the salon seemed extremely well organsised to be Covid Secure. As before it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I am so thrilled to have finally got myself to Mark. He's given me a completely different look which is very exciting and made me feel great. He is clearly very intuitive, listened to me and understood what would work for my lifestyle. Really really pleased. And he likes cats!

Been in today to have my very out grown roots done back to ashy blonde! Vicky is incredible at hair and is very knowledgeable! Advised me on all the proper after care which I will be following, also treated myself to their INNOluxe treatment which has brought my dry hair back to life. Had an amazing hair wash by Lia and Gracie. Everyone that works at Serenity is so caring and lovely, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Coming into the salon is like seeing old friends - welcoming and always pleased to see you in a sincere way. I left today feeling pretty and positive for the first time since Covid struck in 2020. So thank you Vicky for lifting my confidence and my spirits!x

Went in for a Brazilian Wax. The salon is nicely done out and feels very tranquil. Ashleigh was clearly an experienced waxer. Great technique so was not too painful. She put me at ease so was not embarrassed at all. She was very attentive to my feelings and checked several times that I was ok. Would 100% recommend her. I have found my go to waxer for this treatment. Well done Ashleigh.

Fantastic hair and lovely experience. Everyone was lovely and Mark has taught me things about my hair I never knew that will definitely make it easier to manage. Feels like he made the effort to get to know me so my hair reflects me and my lifestyle!

Mark gave me a beautiful hair cut. My hair looks so healthy and bouncy now and he listened to me when I said I want to keep as much of the length as possible. I’ve left with my long hair but it looks so much better and healthy. Amazing

Today I had a relaxing pedicure sat in the massage chair. Elinor transformed my winter/lockdown feet to sandal-ready.

I was very pleased with the cut. It’s great to have post lockdown hair at last! This was my first time at Serenity and it was a very pleasant experience.
