Further to a disappointing cut and colour from another salon in East Sussex, Mark fixed my hair and I couldn’t be happier. The colour is perfect, as is the cut. I’m so pleased. It’s always such a lovely experience at Serenity, I won’t be going elsewhere. Can’t recommend enough.

Lia did my hair beautifully as usual and listened to my ideas about hair colour and cut. I am always very happy with the service and customer care at Serenity.

As usual Ellinor greeted me with a big smile and friendly greeting.

Michael suggested that it might be worthwhile having a Keratin treatment on my hair, as I was constantly moaning about it going frizzy. Well all I can say is it is fantastic. I now have smooth, silky hair whatever happens - even after the gym! I am so thrilled I cannot recommend enough. It is expensive but worth it to have my hair looking like it did 30 years ago. Thank you.

As a nervous resistant to change hair stylists American, I can say there is no better place to have ones hair done than Serenity, and no better stylist than Abbie. The salon is visually exquisite, the staff are all friendly and accommodating. The care is top notch. Abbie really listens and created a masterpiece with my rather complicated cut and color every single time. She has become a friend to me. I love this shop and all it’s devoted caring staff!! Do yourself a favor and let them pamper you!

Fantastic afternoon with two treatments, Indian head massage and technalogical facial. So relaxing I fell asleep several times. My skin feels so soft and looks lovely and fresh! An annual leave treat that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Also enjoyed the use of the massage chair and cup of tea between treatments! Thank you!

Once again (and to no surpise) Ellinor showed the ultimate professional approach, whilst making me feel totally at ease during my treatment. I, personally have had a very stressful and traumatic year, not least due to the pandemic and being treated with kindness and compassion by Ellinor and at her young age, is always a pleasure and a credit to the Serenity Team. What is sometimes a slightly painful procedure is not at all worrying or concerning when knowing I am in the hands and under the control of a qualified and well trained professional. Excellent experience as always. Had booked a root tint but a full colour wasn't much more so had that. Tea and coffee always supplied and a complimentary head massage. Never, ever feels rushed, and the result always superb. Thank you.
