As always a brilliant cut and blow dry and great service. What a relief to get back in the salon - normality is returning. I was also impressed by the new arrangements for everyone's protection.

So nice to have my hair done again after 4 months. Impressed with the new system.

WOW WOW WOW... now that was something worth waiting for!

Upon arrival I loved the fact you were given your own individual PPE Goody bag which consisted of a mask you were asked to wear at all times within the salon before even stepping foot in the door

As per usual Lia was absolutely amazing and took me through what we were doing and really listened to what I wanted.

After lia working her magic on my hair which hasn’t been touched in over 7 months. Wow.. the final result is amazing! I could not be happier I love my hair so much and have already booked in for next time?

Lia did an excellent root colour touch up, and it looked and felt so good afterwards :) I have been very careful regarding safety with Covid, and this was my first time in a more general social environment. I felt very comfortable with the procedures set in place...and Lia had no trouble at all adding a mask protection to her visor (optional) :) Thanks Serenity!!!

Attentive, yet in line with social distancing, my first hair appointment after lockdown with Michael went just as well as usual!

It was great to get my haircut by Lia again after 6 months. The changes they've made meant I felt safe going into the salon. I was given a mask and biodegradable gown (extra brownie points) as soon as I walked through the door. There was plenty of space and a really relaxed atmosphere. Lia worked her usual magic and the cut and dry was perfect. Well done Serenity you've done a fantastic job adjusting to the guidelines and it feels like you've gone above and beyond.

Great to be able to be back at the Salon, Serenity are doing a great job under the circumstances. So happy that they’re back.

Having read the Covid—19 guidelines from the salon, I knew I would feel safe having a haircut. PPE was handed to me straight away. It was good to see Abbie again and lovely to have my haircut finally. The whole experience was fine and the PPE didn’t affect me and Abbie was able to do her job normally whilst wearing the visor. I missed having a cup of tea but will take a little flask next time? Well done to everyone working at the salon, the safety of customers and staff seem paramount.

Mark is an amazing hairdresser , very much attention to detail and makes me feel so welcome . Everyone in the salon are very friendly and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Mark has cut and coloured my hair for the last few occasions and it now looks and feels the best it has on years. I am so pleased with the results, wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommended

I had a lovely massage with Ellinor which left me calmer than when so walked in! She really put me at my ease straight away and is a very skilled massage therapist.

Ive been having my hair cut by Abbie for a few year and find her attention to detail, knowledge and experience reassuring. I would also like to add my hair wash by Holly who was very lovely and does a fantastic head massage.

Ellinor always has a smile to greet you. She is so gentle that before you know it the wax treatment is over and done with.
