Serenity Hair & Beauty Rooms

I have been having my hair cut in this salon for about 8 years now and each time I visit, it's friendly, professional and calming, from the initial consultation, lovely hair wash (thank you Rachel) to the cut. Vicky is lovely, listens and understands my needs, comes up with ideas and I leave feeling great every time!

As usual a fab experience,the new girl that washed my hair ( sorry didn’t ask her name ) was really lovely. love Michael he has good hands and a friendly disposition. Recommend any one to the salon *****❤️

As always polite listen to what I wanted and advised me on it. Present atmosphere.

Michael manages to skilfully balance the comfort of the familiar with just a little bit of a walk on the wild side. The end result is that you come away with a look that’s not too far removed from what you had before, with and added ‘edge’. The end result being that over time you start to feel more comfortable with experimentation whilst not totally leaving your comfort zone. He never suggests anything that wouldn’t suit you and I always leave feeling like I’ve pushed the envelope just enough to be satisfying!

So happy Mark is my Stylist my hair looks amazing. He cuts my hair to my satisfaction He is always happy and great to talk to .

Michael did a wonderful job colouring and cutting my hair today, as usual.
Trainees are lovely and do a great job washing my hair.

Yesterday was my first visit to Serenity and it was a very positive one. I was made welcome as soon as I arrived and felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. The atmosphere in the salon is calm and peaceful and my head massage was wonderfully relaxing.
I am delighted with my hair- the colour, the cut and the condition are all absolutely beautiful. Mark is a true perfectionist and genuinely cares about his clients. Big thank you to Mark and everyone at Serenity - I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

As I arrived at the salon I was greeted warmly on reception. Beauty therapist Ellinor took me through to a very calm, warm room where I prepared for an hour-long facial. She explained the process, also asking if I had any questions. What followed was a very relaxing facial. The atmosphere was set just right - there’s peace and quiet, with calming music. A wonderful experience and my skin feels fantastic. Thank you very much.

This is my first time at this salon. But won’t be my last!

I always have a wonderful treatment when I visit Hastings, usually every two months.
Also great to have the same therapist Ellioniir’s voice is so calming and relaxing.

I was very tired and had to drag myself to Serenity today. I am so glad I did! Ellinor’s magic fingers soothed and refreshed my tired feet. I walk out of the salon feeling marvellous and my painted toesnails looked great ?

Such a lovely, relaxing environment. Staff are always friendly and you feel they have time for you. Ellinor is the perfect beauty therapist. She’s never without a smile and always listens carefully to your needs and concerns. She clearly takes great pride in her work and it shows. I always leave feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ve had an Indian head massage, back, neck and shoulder massage and a facial and all were perfect. The products are divine. A very welcome break from the busyness of life! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Ellinor always does a lovely job; can not recommend enough

She was considerate of any pains I had, she stayed quiet unless I spoke to keep me relaxed. She asked before what pressure I wanted and she got the pressure perfect. The whole experience was amazing and I will definitely go back for another massage.

My hair was sun bleached and tired looking . Mark worked his magic sorted out my glittery bits (grey) that I’m not ready for yet and gave me a new fabulous colour! Finished with a cut and blow dry he made me feel like a new woman highly recommended . Also Hannah who washed my hair gives the most amazing head massage!

I was happy with the hair colour at first but within a few weeks. The highlights have faded and are quite different from extensions. Felt like way too over priced.
